We just had our daughter’s 5th birthday at Chuck E. Cheese and the ease of the process was wonderful. The employees in charge of the party were very detail oriented, kind, and helpful. The facility was a clean and inviting. The pizza was delicious and the birthday party experience was top notch. I highly recommend the Sterling Chuck E. Cheese to anyone that needs a location for a children’s birthday party.

The pizza is really good and the customer service is excellent, with friendly staff who explain the process well. Notably, Gladys is recognized as a valued member of the staff for her efforts to make special occasions memorable. The new trampoline area and playground are popular, allowing kids to burn off energy for an extra fee. The arcade features games like Street Hoops, which many children enjoy, although some recent changes have removed that game to enlarge the trampoline zone. For a pleasant experience, it's recommended to visit in the morning when it's less crowded. Visitors also appreciate the Gold membership for its value and the helpful staff, especially Maribel, who always makes sure everything runs smoothly and that kids can enjoy their time without issues.
