I love going to Chuck E.cheese. I was a bday party for the kids. However, the girls bathroom was disgusting 🤮. I lost appetite after taking my daughter to the bathroom.
Great spot. Clean, fun and easy to let your kids play around. Old Millennial here so the entire card swiping to play games throws me off but the prices seem way more reasonable than other arcades ive been to recently. Food was on par with day old frozen pizza but it came out fast and as expected. We have the Gold membership and it is worth it.
Do not buy their passes they will cut them short intentionally and then say their is no record and they have really rigged their games to give u minimum tickets the one in Frederick is better worst way to treat their customers but I will not be spending money here anymore after 20 years of my loyalty . Urban air summer pass is way better
Big liars! I went to Chuck E. Cheese and they said you could play unlimited games for $11. When we got there, they told us you had to buy a yearly pass if you only want it for one month. Then, the online games don’t even work. You know it puts pressure on kids. On top of that, they charged $21 for just 30 minutes of swimming. It feels like a kind of theft.”
Good for my children
Very clean and well run!

Only complaint is the removal of the Street Hoops game to enlarge the trampoline zone. My 5 year old loved to go play it and he is still too little for the remaining baseball game.

Arcade have half of two players games not working. However it will charge you for that. Staff knows that game is not working then why don't turn it off.

Pretty awful experience today with a rude manager. Our timed card dinged into a game we were sitting next to while I fed my baby a bottle and used almost the entire time on the card before any games were played (as they could see on history) and they refused to give us any time back. Also about ten games were broken (all of the ones that give you pictures to take home). The manager was rude and dismissive. Could have been an easy, painless fix to make a kids experience happy, but instead it was disappointing.

We always have a great experience here thanks to Maribel. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I recently had an issue with my Fun Pass, and she made sure my children were still able to play and enjoy themselves without missing a beat. Maribel is always kind, helpful, and genuinely cares about the families who come in. We truly appreciate her and always enjoy our visits when she is there!

Gladys in my opinion is one of the most valued members of the Chuck E. Cheese staff. We came here for my son’s birthday, not a scheduled birthday party. Gladys went out of her way to make the day extra special for him. Thank you so much to Gladys and the staff for going above and beyond. We love it here

This Chuck-E-Cheese is clean and has a large variety of games and rides. Not only are there games, but they also have a trampoline and playground area where kids can burn off their energy for an extra fee. I didn't order food, but from what I saw, it looked good. Great place to keep kids entertained, that's indoors.
Very expensive but very fun.
My kids and I enjoyed a visit here while mom was running an errand! I was met with excellent customer service upon entry. The young lady who helped me offered several variations of playing options for my family and treated us very respectfully!
The play areas were clean and so were the restrooms.
The dance floor area was a hit and they really enjoyed meeting the mouse!
