Ashly was our host and she was so helpful and ran the whole party! She also helped me perfect my food order for guests. Gladys was the manager and checked in throughout the entire event. Both were so friendly and approachable.

Never ever open monthly membership here . Itâs big scam . Donât trust here any employees what they said . I think they have Commission for find customers open membership . When I open membership for my two years old toddler , there is a girl explained for me it is including all game whole month . If I spend extra 15$ socks he can play jumping zone this is for one time payment , I trust her I open a membership for one year and spend another $15 bought a socks . Two years old little kid he canât play her all games he can only play that jumping area. We already use it like that 3-4 month every single time nobody tell us anything. Now after four months employee said I have to buy socks every time , so I have membership when I come in every time I have to buy socks every time I have to spend another $15 . This is ridiculous , if they tell me this, I will not open that monthly membership . They know that thatâs why theyâre not tell you this . It is scamming people . And employees so rude they are totally different trade same language Owen people. If you have a little kid if they canât using Machine games donât come here Never open membership here. You canât cancel that they will stuck you , plus they will tell you every single time different rule.

We had such a great time at Chuck E. Cheese at Dulles Mall! The new setup is fantastic, with plenty of fun and updated games that kept all three of my big kids entertained for hours. The pizza was rated #1 by my kids â they couldnât stop talking about how good it was! On top of that, the staff here is outstanding â friendly, attentive, and truly made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this location for families looking for a fun outing! We come often as we have a membership and kids enjoy it every single time !!

I love going to Chuck E.cheese. I was a bday party for the kids. However, the girls bathroom was disgusting đ€ź. I lost appetite after taking my daughter to the bathroom.

Great spot. Clean, fun and easy to let your kids play around. Old Millennial here so the entire card swiping to play games throws me off but the prices seem way more reasonable than other arcades ive been to recently. Food was on par with day old frozen pizza but it came out fast and as expected. We have the Gold membership and it is worth it.
