I did an online order in the Wegmans parking lot and drive the short distance to Cold Stone. They had my order done 10 minutes earlier than expected. Of course, it was delicious as always!
Closed 15 minutes early when they have a posted close time
Nick was very nice and welcoming. Even put some extra toppings after mixing them in.
I ordered two flavors for my ice crème. They did not mix flavors at all. Mix-ins were also not properly mixed.
Other cold stone outlets they have done amazing job.

The store is very clean and the employee working is so kind and treats me like family. I wish I could remember his name. He is the best and the reason I keep coming back. I love the strawberry blonde ice cream.

I tried the new Coffeehouse Crunch.OMG!!! DELICIOUS ❤️. I have to give kudos to the gentleman working this afternoon. Sorry I don't remember his name. I was there 8/30 at 330pm. Right when I walked in the door I was greeted with a huge smile. He was very polite and nice. You can tell he cares a lot about his job. I wish all Cold Stones had service like this . ?

Terrible customer service. I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday celebration the weekend of 3/23. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the party due to illness, and I called and canceled the order over the phone very easily.
Then I ordered a pint of ice cream and six cup cakes for a smaller birthday celebration on 3/25. When I went to pick it up the employees (one of whom I thought was the manager) told me the point was not ready. I could either pick something else or they could make it fresh. Given that I ordered ahead of time and told them my pickup time I don’t know why it wasn’t ready. I said I would rather just take the cupcakes and be refunded for the pint and they said fine.
Well it has been 2.5 months and I am still waiting on the refund. Had I know this I would have just taken a different pint at the time. I’ve called multiple times and physically gone in. Each time I’m told either I need to speak with the manager (who isn’t there) or only certain employees (not the one I’m speaking to) know how to do refunds. I’ve left messages for the manager and never heard back. I’m now disputing with my credit card.

Horrible experience. There were 3 of us. My order was taken while the other 2 waited. Then the employee went to the next lady in line rather than taking care of us. The lady in line knew we were there before her, but she didn’t care. I asked the employee if she would take the rest of order and I was told, “I’m taking care of another customer”. Then, the employees even instructed the lady to go around us so she could pay. I politely told the employees that we had been there a while (I was almost finished with my order by that time). After a few more minutes, I asked one of the employees to take the rest of our order and he did with a sour look on his face. THEN, as I was walking up to the counter to pay for this subpar experience, one of the other employees called over ANOTHER woman to the cashier (who also arrived after us) to take care of her 15-20 gift card order (must have been for a PTA or something like that). All in all, we were there for over a half an hour waiting to be served when the store was FAR from busy. Needless to say, NONE OF US ARE GOING BACK!

I just left this location, this is my 2nd time going and I HAVE NOT BEEN SERVICED. The first time I wanted a milkshake and they were out of milk, this most recent time I go in and someone is in the back cleaning, they took several minutes to come out and when they did, they were on the phone with a customer for a few minutes, I will give this place one last try because perhaps it's just the timing but for now they get a 1 star.
I have been here a lot of time. I have been treated greatly, attended on time and are very understanding and cooperative in customizing the signature ice creams.

so me and my friend order two ice creams, and when the man tries to ring us up, i pay but i didn't have enough on my card so my friend pays the remainder. something goes on, and the guy calls someone to help him out with it and he tells us to sit down while he handles the family behind us. so we're like, "okay this is understandable" we were waiting for around 10 minutes and soon we realized how long it was taking. he was finished ringing the family behind us already. he doesn't call us up, WE had to go up to the counter. after more waiting, he tells my friend to tap her card and we're able to successfully pay. the story doesn't end here. we go back to my car and she sees that she got charged twice. so we go back in and the guy was in the little room, made eye contact with me, yet STILL made us wait at the counter before going to help us. she explains that she got charged twice and the guy just says that she'd have to call her bank and have them figure it out. i take her phone and physically show the guy the transactions that she got charged twice from coldstone and he said that she'd still have to call her bank to get a refund. i ask if he was able to process the refund there and he said, yet again, that she'd have to call her bank and have them process the discount.moral of the story, don't go here! if you get charged twice, they're not gonna be understanding and process a refund and instead have you do everything yourself!

Tonight my wife and I shared my once a year treat of mud pie mojo, I asked the young girl serving me if she would go heavy on the almonds, and I would gladly pay extra. Well she did and my wife and I shared a bowl of delicious ice cream. She even added a scoop on top after she did her mixing. Thank you!!!!
