Wanted table by bar. Table was right next to kitchen door. No kidding door actually hit our table. One member of our party had to move chair because restaurant traffic was heavy and to close. Also very loud-- music, kitchen staff.
Nice steakhouse restaurant in the check-in area of Dulles. Enjoyed a surprisingly good club sandwich at the bar. The bartender Sunny was top notch and really friendly. Service was fast. I like the fact they have real paper menus to peruse.
This was a great way to enjoy our time before our flight. The District Chophouse is one of two restaurants before security and our gate was not yet open. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of both the food and the service. The atmosphere also gives you a place away from the bustle of the airport. We both had the chophouse burger. As my side, I had the asparagus which was excellent. My husband had the fries. They were also good. The service was exceptional. Overall...
