Food is good, but you have to deal with slow service, incorrect dishes being served, and order queues that makes make no sense. We have come here 3 times to give them a chance cause the food was good, but the service gets worse each time. This time when we asked about how people who ordered the same dosas after us got theirs first. The answer was perfect, “the chef stopped to cook appetizers right before your dosas.” DO WHAT! This will be the last time we visit this restaurant.

It’s a very good place to enjoy Dosa. We had ordered Paper Masala Dosa. It came with 3 types of chutney and Sambar. The lady at the reception desk was very polite and kind.

Scammer!! We were there for dinner and while paying the bill the screen didn’t say that 15% gratuity is included nor did the server mention anything. Anybody in their normal mind would think that it’s not included if they don’t mention and end up adding extra gratuity. Service was horrible. We said we were gonna have water no glasses were provided. It took them a while to get us cutlery after serving the food. Dosa was cold by the time it made it to our table. Everything I consider that they can have bad days but this gratuity scam is horrible. Do not recommend this place.

Everytime in this area i always see the staff going outside and smoke. It smells like weed. I didn’t want to do this review without trying though. Wait time take forever. Customer service is bad. And floors are very sticky. Looks like the staff matches how they treat the store. Genuinely a bad representation of desis and our food.

Enjoyed one of the BEST South Indian in the Loudoun County area! We had the tiffin thali, rava dosa, and veg uthapam, and everything was delicious. Our server was super helpful and pleasant young lady, making our dining experience even better. Definitely coming here again!
