We have been going to this place for a few years now. The service at this place has dropped drastically. The food is bad. Dosa’s are soggy. Chutneys are old and stale. Idli’s are hard and tasteless. Overall very disappointing experience.
We tried Dosa Grill recently and ordered gobi manchuria, puri chole, garlic naans, kadai paneer, and gutti vankaya biryani. Honestly, the food was really good overall — everything was flavorful and well made. The gobi manchuria, puri chole, garlic naan, and kadai paneer were especially tasty. Gobi manchuria was the best of all.
The only issue with the food was the gutti vankaya biryani. The eggplant was undercooked and very hard.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, which was nice. That said, the cleanliness was a big letdown. The area around the seating didn’t look well maintained, and the restrooms were in very bad condition. It definitely affected the overall experience, and it’s something they really need to fix, as it could cause bigger problems if ignored.
Great food, but the place really needs to improve on cleanliness.

I have not had good luck here. First time we had to wait 30 minutes for the food to come out. Second time we did a to go order and they only gave us one set of potatoes for 2 dosas. Third time they made me wait 75 minutes to give me the wrong dosa order and didn’t even given me the potato curry with it. I was hoping this place could be reliable but I can’t do it any more. The actual taste is satisfactory. Potato curry is a bit runny.

We were quoted 20-25 minute wait for our to go order and ended up waiting almost 50 minutes, double the quoted time. They were not busy. Not sure if it’s worth the wait
Everything was delicious! I got the samosa chat, butter chicken, malai kofta, saag paneer, mango lasi, and garlic naan.

Had a good experience in the past. most recent one not so good, Dosa was cold , potato stuffing was runny and the sambar was tasteless. we didnt even bother , paid our bill and left most of our food un eaten. Seems like the quality has gone downhill.

No concept of time. They will prioritize delivery order over people in the restaurant and constantly give you incorrect estimates so you don’t leave the restaurant.

The food was not very tasty, it had no flavor. They had no condiments that you find in regular Indian restaurants. The server did not know what I was saying and he kept saying next time we will have it. He was not attentive. He stood at the Front counter and talked and we had to wave him down. This was not a good experience at all.

Food was great! The sauce that came with the Biryani was incredible.
Food is good, but you have to deal with slow service, incorrect dishes being served, and order queues that makes make no sense. We have come here 3 times to give them a chance cause the food was good, but the service gets worse each time. This time when we asked about how people who ordered the same dosas after us got theirs first. The answer was perfect, “the chef stopped to cook appetizers right before your dosas.” DO WHAT! This will be the last time we visit this restaurant.
