I have my order avocado toast with bacon, theyāre charge $4.99 but i got it without bacon, i bite a little bit and realize not bacon in there, i give back to them and they just put bacon on top, not through away make the new one for me.i told her make more well done but not at all.

Went up to drive through and said ācan I get a medium, sweetened iced decaf pleaseā and the questions that followed.. iced or hot? What size? Cream and sugar? š¤¦āāļø had to repeat everything I already said and ultimately ended up with caffeinated drink, not decaf because I couldnāt fall asleep that night.

Itās great that they have 7 young people working on a but Saturday but they need a supervisor so that they donāt give you a half empty coffee or they will stay away from their phones. I highly encourage the management to keep young people working but at least train them please

I placed a curb side order through the app. When I came there was a delivery truck unloading next to the only one available. It made the spot tight so I choose a different spot. Followed directions placed hazards on etc. I had to place a second order and move to a designated spot in order to receive my order. Currently have a premiee new born and don't want to disturb her sleep. Service is a hit or miss depending on staff. I've had to leave orders behind in the past so I make it to work on time.

Not sure why people leave such negative reviews. This location is super nice since the remodel. Great place to sit and eat and have a coffee.

Money spent on remodel quality of drinks have gone down so bad ,
They donāt fill it to the top
They donāt make any milk( iced drinks ) rit I wasted money twice to get them make one drink right but still couldnāt make it ,
Itās a group of friends working there all they are doing talking to each other, while customers in store , it looks like picnic for them , while making the drinks they are gossiping ,
Seen people on counters waiting and. They are busy talking in busy morning @11am
Train ur employee give people what they are paying for , this location lacks training on how drinks are made to its exact taste.
Iāll be posting everywhere I can to let people know to not get to this Dunkin
