Money spent on remodel quality of drinks have gone down so bad ,
They don’t fill it to the top
They don’t make any milk( iced drinks ) rit I wasted money twice to get them make one drink right but still couldn’t make it ,
It’s a group of friends working there all they are doing talking to each other, while customers in store , it looks like picnic for them , while making the drinks they are gossiping ,
Seen people on counters waiting and. They are busy talking in busy morning @11am
Train ur employee give people what they are paying for , this location lacks training on how drinks are made to its exact taste.
I’ll be posting everywhere I can to let people know to not get to this Dunkin

They spend money on a remodeling this location, but they need to spend some serious money on training their employees they’re not making the coffee it should be iced coffee, Thursday, May 29 anybody working from 12 to 2 PM to 3 PM need some serious training they made a large coffee for me just with three cubes of ice in it. It was warm. It was full to the top and I inserted the straw. Everything came out. And it tasted like just milk. Imagine you paying six dollars for a coffee which is iced and it’s warm and it taste like milk. They don’t even care. never ever going to this specific location train your employees.

A chain coffee shop in the middle of a suburban shopping center. You can't expect greatness, but I do expect at least average customer service. The employees here seem like they hate having to work and deal with customers. Very unfriendly and not welcoming. I've tried some of the hot food items and none are all that great. The bagel, egg, and bacon sandwich I ate had dry eggs and the bagel seemed like it was pretty old.

Went in today at 1030am on a Sunday and told no more donuts today. Come to find out the store is temporarily closed. Doing some research online, many stores are experiencing this. Supply chain issues.. Surprised by this.
