If it’s the same Five Guys brand, I’d prefer it not to open in the airport. The service is horrible

Both the funniest and worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had. I ordered a burger with lettuce but nothing else and the guy gave me the exact opposite. They then started arguing among each other and some of them walked out in the middle of my order (it felt like I was in a sitcom). I stood there waiting for my drink because I didn’t get it as shouting continued. I then asked for my drink and had it slammed in front of me. I was going to mention my food was made wrong but I thought I better not with all the arguing. Come here if you want a show but definitely don’t come if you want food.

the place didn’t feel clean. Tables were sticky, the floor looked messy, and the prep area didn’t seem well maintained. For an airport location, I expected better hygiene and attention to cleaning, I was watching while they were preparing the food, i bin the food and couldn't try it.
Disappointing 😞

This place made me crap myself in the back of a Boeing 737-800 on my 5 hour flight to Phoenix. Worst most violent crazy diarrhea I’ve ever experienced from food poisoning! NEVER eat here and go fly if you value your life! I took 5 Imodium and nothing helped me. I paid $22 for DIARRHEA! 3 aggressive bathroom trips on my flight so far, will update if more. DO NOT EAT FIVE GUYS IN TERMINAL B IAD!!!!

This location has no business operating in an airport environment. I arrived at 11:45 for a 12:50 flight. Placed order at 12:08, received burger at 12:31 and immediately threw the whole bag in the trash so I could run to my gate for final boarding. I was order 48… 49-54 were served before me and I needed to wait two rounds of burgers on the grill after 47 was served.

Asked for Banana and got vanilla milkshake. About halfway down got some disgusting lumpy bits that tasted rancid. Needed lots of water to wash the taste away. Took a good 10 minutes.

The service was noticeably slow, which is surprising given that it’s in an airport where passengers usually expect quicker service. The food quality was good, but the waiting time really needs improvement.

Friendly staff and reasonably speedy. $22 for a Cheeseburger and Medium Fries. Much more expensive than my local. They can do the burger as a lettuce wrap.
Thankful for these guys — they got me fresh fries quickly when I was running late for my flight!
Service after placing order was unacceptable. There was zero sense of urgency (we are trying to catch a plane!!) by the employees. The cheeseburger ordered took 22 minutes and 9 people were standing to the side waiting for orders. All the customers waiting looked stressed and worn thin by the amount of time the orders were taking. The burger itself was delicious.

This Five Guys is actually close to B45 gate. The line was quite long. The staff were friendly. They forgot to put bacon in our order, but when we told them, they gave us right away separately.

No smiles, very poor English from the lady so most clients didn’t get the number wich was announced.
Amazingly disappointed about the presentation of the most expensive burger they offer.
Most staff looked very bored.
