Comically bad. Iforgot that I told myself to never eat her again. 15 salad that was premade with brown lettuce, brown avocado, and a fork that bends when you try to eat.

Food has no flavor. The stake is boiled with no spices or any seasoning. The stake bowl was packed with rice and very little veggie. It did not taste good at all

For those attempting to eat healthy while traveling—look elsewhere. Teriyaki Bowl shown below amounts to a bizarre and uninspired amalgamation of vegetables and chicken, served on top of a large serving of heavily sauced rice. Proportion of vegetables to rice is quite insufficient. Factor in airport prices on top of all this, and you’re best off looking elsewhere.

I didn't try smoothies, but wrap tasted like cardboard
Cobb salad has zero flavors. It’s like eating crunchy water!

Wish i could give zero stars. It was impossible to order. I kept saying “rice noodle” and the employee kept saying”brown rice.” I was over charged and they were unable to refund my money. Finally, my beans were spoiled and i literally got sick—sick sick. Worst $25 i have ever spent. Wish i had read reviews.

Restaurantji Recommends
EDIT: I reached out to their customer service after they replied here on Google Maps. They explained that because each individual Freshii location is independently franchised, they would not be able to do anything for me apart from provide me with Freshii “Viip points” for my troubles. Why on earth would I want “points” to return to this restaurant when my primary concern is with the restaurant’s lack of hygiene and sanitation practices? Additionally, a customer service provided me a phone number contact for the restaurant, which I called multiple times to no avail.
I understand this is an airport restaurant; but regardless, this is unacceptable. There was only one employee working and she was doing a pretty poor job with basic customer service and attention. She also made my smoothie in a blender that I watched her use for a previous customer, which is indicative of poor health/hygiene practices at this restaurant. Even if the previous customer had a same/similar smoothie (which I’m not sure they did in this case), this is still unacceptable. I would advise that you heed my warning and the warning of others here on Google Maps. Eat here at your own risk.

OMG, had the Teriyaki Twist Chicken Bowl for lunch, it was the most balanced and tasty takeout food I've had in a long time 👍
Friendly service! Great smoothies, you can add protein powder.

I'm no coward but the lemongrass soup was literally inedible. Made me gag. Don't eat here.

This was the worst. The food was dry and the sauce was a tsp full. The spicy soup was salty and nasty. The chipotle bowl don’t waste your time, yuck
