Nothing Bundt Cakes

Cashier was so patient while I tried to decide what I wanted.

These are always a hit! Lemon is my favorite flavor.

Bundt cakes are really good, thankful for the gluten free options! Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Cake and cupcakes are delicious but I wasn’t impressed by the delivery as the icing/cream cheese on the cake was touched by the delivery person you can see. In the photo below

A real close friend of mines received terrible service and was profiled by a rude Asian lady at the register. She did not acknowledged my friend presence or even had a warm welcoming demeanor. The lady at the Herndon location states she also have been getting complaints about the same lady..... tsk tsk. please retrain the Asian lady to be more people friendly.

I usually order from this location but I had an incredible experience with Maya and her manager so I just had to share!

I had a pickup order today for a surprise engagement party when we got word that the couple might be arriving earlier than planned. When I reached out to see if it was possible to push my pickup a couple hours earlier, Maya was so kind over the phone and her manager agreed to make the exception for my friend's special occasion. Amazing customer service and I will definitely keep coming back to this location!

I tried Nothing Bundt Cakes for the first time in TX, before it even came out to this area. I wasn't terribly impressed being that I used to bake from scratch back then. The only thing that I truly appreciated was that they were individually packaged. I remember the chocolate cake was very dry but the yellow was moist but oily.

Apparently I signed up for their mailing list and always received deals, but ignored them since I never had time to go out there. Well, this time I finally was passing by this location and happen to have a BOGO Free coupon. I remembered not to select the chocolate ones and chose confetti and carrot cake. The icing was extremely sweet the cake itself was very greasy. Oddly enough, I still enjoyed eating it. I put the remainder in the freezer to avoid eating in one sitting, and since it was so greasy, it was just as good as the day I purchased it.

The customer service was almost robotic, instead of "yes" or "no" responses, she had to follow up with an unnecessary response. For example, I simply asked if they had any utensils, and instead of "No, we don't", she had to say "no, we are not a so and so establishment".  She was nice, but it was just a weird interaction.

The shop itself was nicely decorated and well-maintained. They don't have a bathroom or seating area.

I'm not sure if they aren't receiving enough business, I did receive another email for BOGO Free, and if I kept the receipt, there was a survey available, resulting in a BOGO Free. I don't know when I'll have a chance to go back out there again, so I didn't bother saving the email or receipt.

There is plenty of parking available in front of the establishment, shared with neighboring businesses.

Today is my birthday and the woman behind the counter was so so sweet! I was only in the store for a couple minutes to decide what flavor I wanted for my free mini bundt, and she was so kind and friendly. Incredible first experience and I will be coming back! Yummy cakes too:)

If I could I would pull have given 0 stars. First when initially opened they gave out coupon to redeem a bundlet every month, they did not honor it because of pandemic. Second strike I placed 3 orders for bund cakes for teacher appreciation. They did not have them ready when I even called to make sure so I would not be late…. Third the front desk is always awful when it come to basic manners sometimes you get lucky and you get a fresh batch and others it’s just nasty… lastly they seem to be resizing things yet keeping prices up. No need to reach back and offer anything or even say give to another try. Instead people go and get bakeries from Mexican bakeries wegmans even Costco. They don’t cheap out on products.! Plus you get what you paid for nothing missing nothing delayed and better customer interaction.

After trying your cakes at work which were absolutely delicious, I brought my husband in to splurge on an assortment of your bundtinis. We chose the lemon, white chocolate raspberry, red Velvet, and the chocolate chocolate chip. Three of the four were incredibly moist, my favorites being the lemon and white chocolate raspberry. However we were very disappointed with the chocolate chocolate chip, the cake texture was dry and it tasted days old.

I was here at 5:55 pm, 5 min before they closed and they already shut down the blinds and locked the gate. There was a lady sweeping the floor and a person inside the store but they did not bother to open the gates even when technically the store should’ve stayed open. I knocked on the gates, they both saw me but decided they will just ignore and continue mopping and wrapping up. I am very disappointed with the service, I would def. not be bringing back any business here.

Very disappointed, went to the Dulles location on Tuesday, their hours were posted on the door that they close at 6:30, I got there at 6:15 and the doors were locked and a lady was mopping. Very upset considering we drove all the way there just for the doors to be locked.
