Ordered a pizza online and order was confirmed. Waited over an hour before calling to check on order only to discover that it was some sort of training day and we would not be receiving any pizza. Had we not called we would never have had any idea. Terrible lack of communication and employee was rude about it as well

The buy one get one free is a scam!!! You will pay full price but they make it look like you are getting a deal. The website messed up pick up time also; I had selected 12:45 but it had changed it to ASAP. I picked up stale cold pizza. We are done with Papa Johns. The quality and service has changed drastically since Papa left!!!

The shaq-a-roni pizza was great. Good amount of pepperoni and the crust was cooked well. There is a bit of a wait if you try to order at the store so it's better to order on the app or call before and order at the phone.

We ordered two large pizzas for Super Bowl night and we waited for almost an hour, that’s what we got! very disappointing. The pizzas had barely any sauce, cheese, or toppings, making them far from what we expected.

Horrible. Do not order from here. They ruined my whole Sunday. I ordered a simple order with simple instructions (extra sauce and lighter cheese) and they delivered the complete opposite (lots of cheese and NO SAUCE)! How does that make any sense?! They also forgot essential items. Save your time, energy and money and order from somewhere else. I will never order from here again.

When ordering here beware, I have noticed on specials or with coupons they skimp on ingredients.. The pizza at full price is right crust thickness and sauce and cheese. Once you get deal/coupon the crust becomes thin regardless, barely any sauce and very little cheese. The last pizza I had here they even forgot to cut it. I won’t be returning here.
