Started with the Vegetable Spring Rolls, Dan Dan Noodles, Signature Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and for me the new Thai Basil Chicken (they needed to add more than 5 basil leaves in this dish I think.) Food here is always made fresh and delicious.

The food was late and there is one person only for orders, take out and service. They need to increase the employees for sure

The gentleman David who was working on Friday, 5/2 at 12:30pm has great customer service. He was running around the restaurant doing 3 different jobs…. Working very hard. He took my order, serving food and busing tables all by himself. He’s always very friendly and nice. He should be recognized by management. 😊

I love this Pei Wei. They have delicious healthy food at great prices. I eat there at least once a week. They cook everything fresh in just a few minutes. Join their rewards club and get free entrées. The people who work there are very nice. If you like food with a little spice, try the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken; I get it on white rice. If you don't want anything spicy, another great dish is the Chicken and Broccoli, try that with their fried rice. Instead of fried or white rice, you can get brown rice, noodles, salad, or lettuce cups as alternatives. I like all their appetizers. The lettuce wraps and Mongolian Green Beans are two of my favorites. Their egg rolls, dumplings, Crab Wontons, and soups are also great. The Thai Wonton Soup tastes a bit like Pho, and the hot and sour soup is also great.

I was visiting from out of town, saw it earlier in the week. Food was a fraction of the price from their neighbors, and more than twice as good!! Everything I got (Crab Rangoon, wonton soup, drunken noodles) was outstanding. Absolutely loved it!

I was driving by pei wei this evening and my son asked me why we never eat at that (pei wei)food place. When we got home I pulled out the piece of metal that he spit out while chewing a piece of chicken when he was 4 yo because it was ‘crunchy’. I am so thankful that he didn’t swallow this sharp piece of metal and have/will never go back to eat at a pei wei ever again. I did report this when this incident occurred and their was no true resolution of why this sharp piece of metal was in my sons food and how this incident will never happen again.

Extremely frustrating.

Ordered Pei Wei though Uber Eats Delivery. Ordered the Firecracker Chicken, Orange Chicken and Crab Rangoon.

All 3 items had hair in the food. Unacceptable, 1 meal having hair, sure mistakes happen. For all 3 to have hair, that’s ridiculous. That’s negligence.

Reported to LOUDOUN Health and Safety, I would advise to stay away from here.

This isn't directly related to this store, although it is the store I ate at. The brand has really nose dived in quality and quantity of the food. I would equate this food to what I could buy myself in the freezer section and heat up at home, except for at least twice the cost. I've tried it a couple of times to see if it was just a one off thing and it wasn't.

For what things cost these days, this isn't worth it anymore.

Ordered takeout tonight for the first time and absolutely loved the food! I got the Spicy Drunken Noodles and Spicy Korean BBQ Beef. I loved that I could sub out the white rice for brown rice at no charge. The food was fresh and full of flavor, not too spicy but definitely a good kick. I’m surprised I haven’t tried Pei Wei sooner, but I’ll definitely be back to try more!!

First time eating Pei Wei in 3 years: I get RAW MEAT and $1.20 extra to add slices of onions to my beef and broccoli. $15 and an empty restaurant. Go figure why that could be.

Manager did politely take care or my refund.

My previous review didn’t show up, so I’ll get straight to the point. The Thai dipping sauce tasted like some guy left something in it if you know what I mean. Nope, not going back ever.

This was the first time that my husband and I have frequented a Pei Wei restaurant and we were very pleasantly surprised. We liked that the food was cooked fresh and not sitting on top of a steam table. The beef with broccoli was a big hit with my husband. I had the bourbon chicken and it was very good. The sticky wings were flavorful and moist. Dilip and his staff were friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to trying the other dishes on the menu. And thanks to Dilip for suggesting the Rewards program - got a free entree already!

This was the only place I ate at last night and the only thing I ate yesterday, and I have been violently ill a few hours after my meal with it finally starting to subside 3pm the next day. I've eaten here many times, but never again. I just want to caution people so they don't end up sick like I did.
