I looked around my concourse while I was awaiting my flight at Dulles, and &pizza stood out to me. Big, long pizzas with really delicious sounding pre-made pizzas. I chose them out of the many other also delicious looking restaurants. Dulles airport has it going on, culinarily speaking.
So I go up to the counter and wait, an unusually long time. I think there was only one guy working, but he finally notices me there and comes up to take my order. I order one of the pre-made options and watch him do his thing. I was surprised as the good amount of toppings put on the pie.
This crust was awesome. Thin and crispy in all the right places, poofy and charred in all the other right places, and man, this thing was saucy and cheesy. Very decadent. Perfect amount of meats and veggies. I was surprised how good this pie was.
So, overall, if you like pizza and you're at Dulles, you can't go wrong with &pizza. I'd come back.

They have a sign out front to order online with a QR code. Clicked the code and ordered online. Waiting here a while. Finally find out that despite ordering online you still have to go through the line and order like normal. Why did I waste my time with the QR code? I haven’t gotten my pizza yet but one star regardless. If I didn’t have plenty of time before my flight this would have caused me to go without dinner. To me, this is inexcusable.

I placed an order online and received a pickup estimate of 1:05 PM. My flight was scheduled for 1:30 PM.
When I arrived at the pizzeria, it was empty—clearly not busy. However, the staff member at the counter was rude and told me my pizza wasn’t ready, without offering any estimated wait time.
She then left the store, leaving no one at the counter to assist customers.

They seemed to know what was vegan. You had to kinda pick your own ingredients because they didn't have a vegan option on the menu. The crust was vegan, and they had vegan cheese.

I would’ve loved a freshly baked pizza but this place is Not sanitary. The way it’s set up, every customer leans right over the glass barrier to look at and to tell the employees what they want, right above where all the tubs of ingredients are laid out. Some with their hair hanging over them too. It’s already unavoidable most food workers are working and speaking over the food they’re serving, but I can’t take it that all the customers before me are spitting over the food I’m going to eat as well. Maybe it’s just me but this is too gross.
I came here after missing my first convenient opportunity to get FRESH California Pizza Kitchen in Las Vegas and I must say, I am happy that I missed that opportunity. That missed opportunity allowed my taste buds to be blessed with &Pizza.
At &Pizza, I ended up getting the Maverick pizza which was absolutely delicious! It had THE perfect amount of crust, grease, and flavor! The workers were also kind and gave great recommendations.
I will definitely be back!

Deliiiicious! Great value of food for price, especially for an airport. I got the build your own, and I think that two people could have shared it. The person taking my order was a young woman with curly hair, and she was friendly and provided excellent customer service. My only critique is that there is a loud machine, but that would not stop me from recommending this place. Thank you for a lovely meal :)
