I went to Popeyes Dulles town center on 10/2 and ordered shrimp popcorn and coleslaw for my 11 year old. Me and my wife order food from another place from the same food court. My daughter started eating coleslaw without noticing it and after eating ¾ spoons, she felt bad and asked me if the food was ok. When I looked at it, right the way I realized it was rotten and bad smell was coming from it. I went to the store and wanted to talk to the manager. The cashier was rude and mentioned the manager was not there. She offered to refund me the price for the coleslaw but did not even apologize. When I came back to my seat, I noticed my daughter was throwing up and immediately took her to the rest rooms. I went back to the store again and informed them, and again wanted to talk to the manager but they completely ignored me and gave me a phone number to call. When I called the phone number it went to the same store I was standing in front of and no one picked up. My daughter was not feeling well for the whole night and missed school the next day. I was so shocked by the whole thing by Dulles Town Center Popeyes authority. I am attaching the receipt and food photo here

Horrible place!! Never buy food from this store. They server bad/ rotten coleslaw today and when we complained they didn’t care.

By far the most incompetent staff and manager (Liz) I have ever come across. I put an order in online for pick up, paid, i got there to pick it up, i could SEE the order ready and sitting there and they wouldn't hand it to me because they couldn't find the receipt. Someone in the staff accidentally threw it away. So despite the fact that it was ready AND paid for, they wouldn't hand it to me or give me a refund because the receipt was "missing". Then they tried to lie and tell me that it wasn't my order although the cashier had already told me it was. The manager wouldn't let them hand me my order because she "needed" a receipt for her boss from every order. How do you refuse a customer their PAID for and ready order due to a mistake from YOUR staff?

I ordered a 14pc family meal, and we got seven wings….. we opened the box, and it was like half full…… I was like ok…. we don’t eat much anyway, so we started eating. The chickens were so soggy as if it was fried probably 3hours ago; coleslaw was terrible and sour. I don’t think I will be craving Popeyes for a while…

I ordered our family menu with 14 pieces and two sides. The coleslaw was sour and not fresh. The chicken pieces were cold and small. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

No restaurant dating back to the cavemen has treated their customers so poorly! Oh - and watch out for that STRANGE GREEN SLIME that OOZES down the wall next to the delivery window. Absolutely DISGUSTING! You can't miss it!
This location is definitely deviating from Popeyes' fried chicken recipe. Doesn't have the signature crunchy and flaky breading. Both white and dark meat pieces were salty and dry.

They could definitely improve their food quality and services being inside mall. We received cold fries and they were happy to give us another box but it definitely took time as it was during rush hours on Fridays. Not sure how they would be managing on the weekends.

I placed the order at 11:25 for pick up at 11:45 but its 12:00 now and still waiting for my order . What a slowest store . Its better to go 3,4 miles aways better than waiting long time here
