Do yourself a favor and don't come to this location after shift change for evenings. Rude employees, always on their phones or socializing, ignoring customers. Consistently get orders wrong after repeating myself multiple times. Intentionally ruining sandwiches when you ask for a little bit of extra toppings. Give small portion sizes and give dirty looks for asking them to do their jobs. They look like they hate their jobs and that is reflected in the food they prepare. Consistent disappointment from night crew Wednesday-Saturday after 4pm. Have been multiple times with the same outcome. Morning shift is awesome though and always get it right. Be like morning shift.

Dont go here if you expect to see an avocado in your avocado turkey sandwich because they will definitely forget to add it.

I pretty much always order the chicken pot pie soup because of how delicious it is! The best part of the soup to me is the pot pie topping as it adds a buttery crunch to the soup. One time the altogether forgot the topping but made it right by offering me a free soup. This time I ordered the large with Extra topping which of course cost extra money. Well it was forgotten as well. It gets tiring having to keep calling back to correct them on a mistake. But when you’re paying extra for something, especially in this economy, you expect that and nothing less. Very unhappy

Our sandwich makers katelyn (girl with blonde hair) and Christian were very rude and talking gossip about customers in front of me. The girl slapped my sandwich meat on the sandwich carelessly like I made her angry? She had a huge attitude because I asked a question or frankly just because she has to work. Their snappy attitudes are not made for customer service that is for sure. The tables in the restaurant were absolutely disgusting, sticky, crumb covered. Not a good experience at all. October 10

on sunday like at 6-7 pm a lady walks up and ask the sir to make the sandwich he ask for the size the lady said regular i notice he was doing whats told so great step till the lady got crazy no reason the sir got confused as proceeding to make it she leaves made me laugh at her i feel bad for that employee so i ask him to make my sandwich he just does it seeing him tells me he was very busy and tried but had to push through to keep on going this place needs more employees like that guy he seems willing to finish what he has to do

I went into the potbelly today after years as I wanted a sandwhich so bad. Came into the store waited at the counter & was not greeted nor helped for about 5 mins. The two gentlemen working this evening on 9/29 around 6:30 were not ideal. The then younger gentlemen not wearing a hoodie asked me what was getting in the most dry unpleasant way. I asked a question in regards to the size of the sandwhich & the responses were condescending & just not how you do customer service. I ended up leaving & coming down the road to the Ashburn location & service was 10/10! I will drive the extra 8 mins for good & quick service. Do better!

Incorrect items given in takeout order.

Before the start of lunch rush and nearly every vacant table is dirty. No spoons for my soup and I didn’t appreciate the attitude of the manager. Easy to tell he doesn’t want to be here. The women behind the counter are awesome. Great attitudes and very friendly. Overall not recommending this one.
