Before the start of lunch rush and nearly every vacant table is dirty. No spoons for my soup and I didn’t appreciate the attitude of the manager. Easy to tell he doesn’t want to be here. The women behind the counter are awesome. Great attitudes and very friendly. Overall not recommending this one.

Good atmosphere, friendly and helpful workers and amazing sandwiches. I’m highly recommending the Mediterranean sandwich with Chicken pot pie soup. Also the Manager were really helpful on my small issue and he immediately take action to solve it. I appreciate for that. Thank you.

This was my first time ordering from potbelly. I got the cubano sandwich and it was just alright. It was partially my fault because I asked for all of the toppings, completely forgetting that tomatoes, etc don't go on a cuban sandwich. It would have been really nice to have them tell me what to put on it or even correct me because the toppings really ruined the sandwich. Or even have a sign in the topping area of good options. Also the spicy peppers are hotter than I thought they would be. I guess I'll have to come back and try it again...

Went in evening time , got veggie melt (website states it goes with avocado and mushrooms and cheese ) only got mushroom and cheese . Literally no one there . I don’t understand when you’re that slow and you still mess up.

I order from the Reston Pot Belly daily. I placed my order on the app as i do everyday. When I got there i didn't see my order. I looked at the app and noticed my location had somehow changed to this Dulles location. I understand this was not the locations fault but called to see if I could cancel the order. When I did the "manager" was not helpful. He kept say i ordered 20 minutes ago and asking way I didn't call earlier. (because i didn't realize it until I got to the store). he said it was already prepared and I had to come pick it up. he kept repeating himself over and over. he finally said he would cancel the order and hung up on me.

Now again i realize this wasn't the stores fault. but how they handle errors form their CUSTOMERS tells a lot about this location. I have ZERO confidence I will be refunded and for the $8 i really don't care but due to how rude the manager was I will follow up and ensure it is credited now.

I hope the $2 worth of product cost was worth it.

I stopped by Potbelly after a long absence and ordered a apple walnut salad w/o blue cheese. The employee making the salad offered to add something else which was very cool. I had chips . I took my salad to the auto dealer nearby and took some water and ate the salad which was awesome.

First time customer ordered turkey swiss sandwich got it missing Swiss cheese which is 1 of 2 ingredients that makes the sandwich for me wasn’t too happy . Could have a little more meat added to sandwich, ordered chocolate shake also compared to 5 other companies I have had it’s rank number 2 on my list. Customer service was excellent though.

A great Potbelly location. The sandwiches are good and well-made, I rarely have to wait long in line, and the place is kept in good condition so it's great for take-away or dine-in.

This was possibly the dirtiest restaurant I’ve been in. The tables were sticky, the soda machine was disgusting, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year.

The team there is awesome and they always do a great job with orders and customer service. The cashier always puts a smile on my face. Truly a great guy and you can definitely tell he cares about his roll and his team.

This location has cut back on meat. Same size sandwich and price but half the meat. Also gave me Burt black bacon and tried to charge me 1.89 for one slice. I told them to keep the bacon. The sandwich makers needs home training. Poor mannerisms.
