Staff was friendly and made suggestion to get veggie fajita bowl without dairy (queso fresco, baja sauce). I added salsa (free) and a tortilla ($1). It already includes tater tots, which gave it a nice breakfast feel. Much more flavor than expected, and thoroughly satisfying. Updated from previous review on 2025-06-18

I chose not to duplicate the many photos already included in past reviews, but focus primarily on the food and the service. I do not seek, or expect to find spacious accomodations, cheap prices or extremely compact ambiance in an airport economy - this is simply not reasonable. What I do seek and what I found was courtesy, speed, respect, and tasty, quality food.
