Arrived a few hours early for a flight so popped into this Starbucks at Dulles Airport in Terminal B. No line and immediately greeted with a smile and a good morning greeting from Derek. He took my order, knew the menu well, and throughout the process made good eye contact with the most pleasant manner. The tables were spotless and lighting just right. My order was made exactly the way I asked and served quickly and nice and hot. I would recommend this location to anyone with travel into or out of Terminal B.

Good Starbucks, delicious as always. The service is good even if I didn't quite understand the woman at the counter. Prices were reasonable for Starbucks. Since it was only a small shop there was no seating. Generally recommended

On 6/30 @ 820am, the service was terrible. The person taking the order was playing with her phone and not paying attention. She got my order wrong.

I had a coffee and croissant there waiting for a flight in February 2024. The issue is that the location continuously repeated the charge on my credit card for 4 times after my original purchase - same amount, different days. They have no contact number to call them - frustrating I have to cancel my card to stop them from repeatedly charging my card for the same transaction multiple times. They are either incredibly brazen or incredibly inept - either way this location needs to be flagged by corporate for some type of corrective action or intervention.

There are , I believe Indian or People that speak urdo cussing to customers they called me names in urdo and did not know i can understand it is the older gentleman that was doing the speaking the young lady new when i confronted them they were in the wrong while the old guy said there is cameras i can show you. I said show me and he chose to brush it off. They are really really disrespectful they started yelling at me. They need to be out. The older gentleman i would like to contact corporate about this incident.

Wandering Wild Free

I don't know why, but this place either has 20 people in line or it's completely empty. Service isn't usually bad and neither is the food/coffee. I can't count the number of times I've seen a spousal argument here because one wanted to get coffee before the flight and the other said they didn't have time ???
