Arrived a few hours early for a flight so popped into this Starbucks at Dulles Airport in Terminal B. No line and immediately greeted with a smile and a good morning greeting from Derek. He took my order, knew the menu well, and throughout the process made good eye contact with the most pleasant manner. The tables were spotless and lighting just right. Good Starbucks, delicious as always. The service is good even if I didn't quite understand the woman at the counter. Prices were reasonable for Starbucks. Since it was only a small shop there was no seating. Generally recommended
I don't know why, but this place either has 20 people in line or it's completely empty. Service isn't usually bad and neither is the food/coffee. I can't count the number of times I've seen a spousal argument here because one wanted to get coffee before the flight and the other said they didn't have time ???
