Order was correct, prepared right in front of me. The cashier was polite and so was the lady who called my order.

This Taco Bell location never fails to disappoint. They mess up your order and are happy to argue if you reach out to them. Plus, they wouldn’t replace or even offer to replace your order.

My crunch wrap supreme scarcely had any meat.. took it back and asked to have it remade with more meat. They tried to charge me for the additional meat with a nasty attitude. Fortunately, a manager who was standing by said, “No, don’t charge him” acknowledging the inconvenience. “Here’s your crunch wrap, buddy, with extra meat,” the condescending, impolite staffer said as they handed me the new crunch wrap. I asked the staffer if he was doing ok. I think his names Marvin, he responded, “I’m fine, buddy. Food is not a big deal, it’s just food.” But, buddy, it’s not just food! Food is a HUGE deal, important, and you shouldn’t be working here with the kind of mindset you have. The new crunch wrap really didn’t have much meat. I returned it and got a refund. I had to listen to smart aleck Marvin, or whatever his name is. When he saw me, he said, “what is it now?” In a rude tone, as if I’d been complaining all day long. I ordered a vegan menu item for my kid allergic to egg. They added the burrito with chipotle ranch that has egg in it that reacted on my kid. The employees had no allergen menu, no ingredients details and the manager was nowhere to be found and the calls and voicemails never answered. Completely unfit to run a food stall. Pathetic service.

Somehow I always feel that the taste of quesadilla here is a bit different and more tastier than other their other outlets in Herndon. Not to mention, I always love hot and sweet Cinnabons there. Plenty of space to eat and enjoy your food.

Employee was short and rude with us, and didn't know how to do her job. She was the only one there and she helped the customers completely out of order, I was first in line and got my food last. Even tho it was only four tacos. Food was okay, she loaded each one up which made the fact that it was very overpriced okay.

They didn’t give me my exact change it was $5 short when I realized and asked them to give me my $5 they didn’t want to and told me to talk to the manager which was not working that day. They took my number and after a week I got a call from her but missed it. I went there and kept calling but couldn’t get a hold of the manager and never got my $5 back. I’m done and will never go there ever again and make sure no one in my family does too. I hate that when I told them they gave me $5 short they gave me the look like im lying or something.
