I can truly say that I have never been disappointment with The Cheesecake Factory, it's my go to for variety and best of the Lemon Raspberry Cream Cheesecake.
Once seated waited 20 mins just to be greeted by the server who kept passing us. Food alone took over an hour to get to us once arrived it was completely wrong not to mention wrong drink, when I let the server know she looks at me rudely as if it was my fault it came out wrong. I was given dried up pasta with no sauce and nothing I had asked for on it. I let her know to go ahead and cancel I don't want to wait another hour shes like cancel? Im like yes take it back and cancel. She did not apologize once, forget offering anything that we did not need but a simple sorry or let me remake that for you it will only be a few mins. Mistakes happen as they did all night even with our drinks being wrong and her not getting me a straw for a while. Did not mind the mistakes but it was the attitude that did it for me and not even a simple apology was given. Horrible customer service. Not to mention we paid for our app that came out after 30 mins for an app and we got food poisoning from it both myself and my family member since that is all we ate there.
Food was not that great for the price that I paid. Server also forgot food from my order.
Food is okay, nothing special but the service at this location is horrendous, appalling attitude and communication skills from the front of house staff - caked in some sort of batter for your face (makeup) should be a health hazard to have them near food. if I was the franchisee I would go back and listen to the recordings of the phone calls from the front of house, you should replace them with robots and AI answering machines at least you won’t lose business like you lost mine today.
As usual service was poor one party's food was cold had to take it back it took so long we just decided to take that person's order to go
Superb, hot in easily on a Sunday and everything was absolutely fantastic.
Sunday brunch. Delicious. Although I thought the apple crisp looked more like jelly and there wasn’t enough crisp otherwise the rest of the food was delicious.

I had a very disappointing experience at The Cheesecake Factory. The food took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. When I informed the waiter about the issue, he laughed and dismissively said he had no control over what happens in the kitchen. This lack of professionalism was incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, our order was incomplete—they forgot to bring the side of mashed potatoes we ordered. However, we were still charged full price for the meal. The waiter didn’t acknowledge the mistake or offer any resolution. On top of everything, he never introduced himself, leaving us unsure of who to approach for help.
The poor service and inattentiveness, combined with the disappointing food quality, made this an experience I wouldn’t recommend.

Once we got seated it took us 20 minutes to get drinks and an hour after us waiting for the food we asked the manager.. once the food came out after waiting over an hour it had missing plates and we were told they didn’t make it do you still want it.. the manager did not come back to check which is probably why the servers don’t care.

Chuck E Cheese has a better beer selection than this place.

The second time I visited The Cheesecake Factory in the whole of Washington. This was a much better experience than the one I had in the city.
Firstly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we were about to leave, we asked to take out the bread rolls that we couldn’t finish. Instead, our waitress (sorry, I forgot her name, but she’s very tall and was training a trainee at the same time) offered to give us fresh bread rolls.
Secondly, the food was the same. This time, my friend and I decided to share a plate together and we still couldn’t finish 😅 think because our Asian stomachs are not used to the big portions 😂
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Would love to dine in the restaurant again.

I love their meatloaf dinner and Monte Cristo. Bennigan's had the ultimate BEST Monte Cristo, but they're sadly gone! CF's Monte Cristo is more a breakfast sandwich, but still really great. Just wish you could get it at other times besides just Sat/Sun brunch menu.

I recommend reserving online because it gets quite packed but once you’re in the staff is friendly and quick. They’ll point make sure you’ve got plenty of water and are knowledgeable on recommendations. The food is good as usual and the cake even better. Great location.

This place is an absolute joke. 25 minutes to get drinks and 1 hour total to receive food. Then the pasta carbonara had no flavor. Chicken was canned and heated in the microwave so it was nice and chewy for our enjoyment. $100 bill for a $10 dollar meal. Wish I could give 0 stars. Maybe they could think about other people’s time and needs in the restaurant but they were concentrating on to go orders. Save your money and time by not stopping in here.
