Shrinkflation central! Price are higher than ever and portion sizes only get smaller on the cheesecakes. Don't waster your money because the cheesecake slices are nowhere near the size they were even a year ago. Talk about greed.

I placed a last-minute lunch order for a group of 15 the night before, including several modifications. I ordered over the phone, and the manager was incredibly helpful and communicative, explaining that the kitchen opens at 11:30 a.m. and that the food would be ready by noon. Everything went flawlessly from start to finish. The food was delicious and everyone in the group loved their meals. Not a simple complaint or moment. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or better take out experience, highly recommend.

I got delivery two nights ago for dinner. We ordered crab rangoon, pizza, and hamburger egg rolls. I was the only one who had the crab rangoon and I hadn't had much to eat all day. I woke up at 7:00 AM vomiting with diarrhea. i went to work anyway but shortly after being there I was in the bathroom feeling sick so i had to leave work. on my drive home I had to pull over to vomit multiple times. Once I got home I felt worse and worse. I had no energy and pain in my stomach with horrible nausea and violent vomiting. This lasted till 7:00 PM. I believe I had gotten food poisoning from the crab Rangoon's I had consumed the night before. I am writing this so they throw out the batch of crab Rangoons they currently are selling to guests. Also WARNING if you are going to dine here do not order the crab rangoon right now!

Way over priced. $20 for a bland chicken sandwich and boring fries. Pair that with neglectful service and you get someone who's never returning.

Today was my very first time stepping into a Cheesecake Factory (yes, somehow I’d dodged one all these years), and this location made it unforgettable.

We came during peak lunchtime, but to my surprise, it wasn’t crowded at all. We were seated quickly and greeted by our server, Laura, who was phenomenal. She didn’t just take our order—she owned the experience. From welcoming us warmly to walking us through the huge menu and checking in attentively, Laura was exactly the right person to guide me through my first visit.

And let’s talk about that menu… it’s gigantic. Honestly, the hardest part of lunch was choosing what to eat (decision paralysis at its finest). I finally went with the orange chicken, and wow—what a win. It was served hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Add in the fact that the prices were very reasonable, and I was seriously impressed.

All in all, my first impression of The Cheesecake Factory was a very good one, and this location set the bar high. Great food, great value, and service that made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back!

As per usual the Cheesecake Factory impresses with its extensive menu, fresh ingredients, and consistently delicious dishes. No matter the location, the quality and variety make every visit satisfying—plus, the cheesecake is unbeatable! 🤷‍♀️😆
