This bakery is awful. Last year, I placed an order online for my sons birthday cake that they just canceled last minute with no call or explanation. Tried to call the bakery and it took forever for anyone to answer and then the person who finally did barely spoke English said she was going to transfer me to someone who could help because she didn’t actually work in the bakery and then hung up on me. Fast forward to now, I ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday and less than two hours before I am supposed to pick them up they text me to tell me they don’t have the toppers for them. And then were totally shocked when I told them that’s a problem. I have had positive experiences with other Walmart bakeries, it’s a shame this one can’t get their act together.
