I had the pleasure of trying Abs Nutrition shakes, and I have to say they are absolutely phenomenal. Every shake is crafted with health and nutrition in mind, packed with the right balance of ingredients to fuel the body without sacrificing taste. You can immediately tell that a lot of thought and knowledge has gone into their products, there’s a real emphasis on quality nutrition and helping people live healthier lifestyles.

I am very excited to see a smoothie and shake bar in the Potomac Shores community. I am a vegan so I was happy to see there are menu items that cater to my dietary restrictions without any modification. I had a great conversation with one of the owners who was very kind and personable. I look forward to coming back again in the future.

ALL ABOUT THE 🫐's. FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT STAFF. Prior to going to chuck e cheese, i stopped by ABS to fuel up and sure enough, I crushed every1 in arcade 🏀. I will be returning to celebrate my performance with the CHOCOLATE BLACKOUT ICECREAM SANDWICH.
