Bad customer Service. Walked in to buy but the associate walked away without saying anything. Waited for them. Helped another lady who came after me. When tried making sure she heard me right in what I was wanting as there was too much noise going on employee in a condescending tone said she knew what she was doing. When I told her customer service was bad , she walked away without helping me after I had already paid and asked another employee to help out. I then took my money back and left. Will never visit this store again.

The employees have nasty attitudes and act like they don't want to be bothered to do the bare minimum. They'll get your order wrong and then laugh in your face. Seriously, save your business. Go somewhere else.

The worst service I've recieved at this place.
The people who served my husband and I gave us a smaller amount of icecream than was usually served, my hot chocolate was extremely watery and they only gave 1 bagel bite when I know the order comes with 3 bites... all for $17???? What a complete waste of money! 😣 The other Dunkin near Aldi may burn your food sometimes but they at least give you the quantity you're supposed to get, and I get a good creamy hot chocolate from them.
I only reccomend this place for icecream and don't go during the day... the day crew will NOT get your order right 😒

This place closes at 10pm, it was 9:45pm and they didn't want to take our orders because they said everything was off. We just wanted icecream and they kept saying everything is off. They were just lazy, closing earlier than they supposed to.

ordered ice cream and got my order wrongg. when i tolld him it was wrong the worker threw the icecream on the ground in front of me and ran out of the restaurant.
I have avoided coming to this location for over a year because of horrible, rude customer service and ridiculously long wait times. Gave it a chance after they repaved their parking lot, hoping maybe some improvements had been made in professionalism as well. No such luck. We ordered a unicorn creation and were asked to wait in the curbside pick-up parking spot while they took care of the vehicle behind us. After more than 5 minutes they brought out a scoop of chocolate ice cream with sprinkles. When I said that was not what we ordered, the associate said they were out of the candy used to make unicorn creations. I would have asked for a refund, but we were running late for an appointment and had to accept the loss. I told them it was unprofessional not to tell us in the first place that they were out of ingredients to make a unicorn creation.

How is this place still open ?I always go here by chance to see if this time will be better than the last…and it never is. The wait time is long despite there only being 2-3 cars at a time, if you ask for anything frozen their machines are either down or the “xyz” has to thaw..? I’m convinced the staff is here just to collect a check and not actually do their job…As I wait in my car for 30 minutes for 1 frozen drink. Ridiculous.I always wait 6-7 months to come back to this place, and I think I’ve finally had it

Never eating at this place.. I picked up a couple times for Door Dash and blahhh.. The ice cream has obviously melted and frozen again probably multiple times.. There were a noticeable amount of flies and this was at 0530..
