The worst service I've recieved at this place.The people who served my husband and I gave us a smaller amount of icecream than was usually served, my hot chocolate was extremely watery and they only gave 1 bagel bite when I know the order comes with 3 bites... all for $17???? What a complete waste of money! ? The other Dunkin near Aldi may burn your food sometimes but they at least give you the quantity you're supposed to get, and I get a good creamy hot chocolate from them.I only reccomend this place for icecream and don't go during the day... the day crew will NOT get your order right ?

When entering the building my first impression was the staff didn't have the customer best interest in heart. Staff were on their phone and playing music and laughing and joking around carrying on their own personal conversations while customers wait.Also If you like profanity yelled at you for their own mistakes then this is the place to go. My wife and 2 young children were yelled at with profanity because the employee working the window gave them their order wrong 3 times. I know that I would never want these employees representing my business.

I have avoided coming to this location for over a year because of horrible, rude customer service and ridiculously long wait times. Gave it a chance after they repaved their parking lot, hoping maybe some improvements had been made in professionalism as well. No such luck. We ordered a unicorn creation and were asked to wait in the curbside pick-up parking spot while they took care of the vehicle behind us. After more than 5 minutes they brought out a scoop of chocolate ice cream with sprinkles. When I said that was not what we ordered, the associate said they were out of the candy used to make unicorn creations. I would have asked for a refund, but we were running late for an appointment and had to accept the loss. I told them it was unprofessional not to tell us in the first place that they were out of ingredients to make a unicorn creation.

How is this place still open ?I always go here by chance to see if this time will be better than the last…and it never is. The wait time is long despite there only being 2-3 cars at a time, if you ask for anything frozen their machines are either down or the “xyz” has to thaw..? I’m convinced the staff is here just to collect a check and not actually do their job…As I wait in my car for 30 minutes for 1 frozen drink. Ridiculous.I always wait 6-7 months to come back to this place, and I think I’ve finally had it

Never eating at this place.. I picked up a couple times for Door Dash and blahhh.. The ice cream has obviously melted and frozen again probably multiple times.. There were a noticeable amount of flies and this was at 0530..

One of the worst branches I have ever been. The lady who’s name is Sunny she was so unfriendly and rude with customers. I wanted to get ice cream and asked if someone can get my order, one of the works said I don’t have idea who is going to take order . It was frustrating ???

It was a hot day so we wanted some milkshakes to cool us off. We decided to stop by the Baskin Robbins / Dunkin Donuts shop. There was an L-shaped counter. One side of the counter was Baskin Robbins and the other side was Dunkin Donuts. I guess management told their employees not to be wasteful, because it took 3 attempts to make enough milkshake to fill my cup. I was a bit impatient and thought "this is how you lose business and get low ratings." If milkshakes are on the menu, you would think they know how much ice cream vs. milk goes into a small, medium, or large size. I ordered the Java chocolate chip and Reese's peanut butter milkshake, but got mainly peanut butter ice cream so it was sweeter than I had preferred. Luckily I only got a small. Not the best service or milkshake.

This place is in seriously need of an adult management. The counters are dirty, the ice cream wrongly labeled. There were three employees all of them of a very young age but doing nothing. This review it’s mainly for the owner or whoever runs this place. Pay attention to your staff and their productivity. Young kids need good leadership.

This location rarely has bananas or smoothie mix to make smoothies. Every day for lunch I visit different locations and this location definitely has a problem with stocking supplies. My fourth visit here at this location and same problem. Get new management for better customer service.
