Consistent, good people that know how to run a drive through. Even when busy, line moves quick and orderly.

Really nice and tasty sandwiches, the customer service was fast and efficient, I asked for the Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich that comes with its original rounded fries and of course ask for the special Chick Fil sauce all of this combination were just delicious!

I went to the store on 09-27-24 to get a salad and fries. For whatever reason my salad was missing tomatoes,eggs and cheese so I called spoke with the manger Kathrine. She took all of my information down and told me to get a salad due to the previous one missing ingredients. So now today I go back to the store and the employees tell me they can’t find my information and asked me who I spoke with and they keep insisting that I spoke with Krystal and I say no she said her name was Katherine but Maui heard wrong. So I wait in the drive through order the salad again and a sandwich. They come back out and say Krystal isn’t here and we can’t find your information so do I have proof. I told them I have the receipt at home which I did. So they told me to drive home and get it then to come back. So I did just that but when I return the is extremely long and they say they can’t take me through the drive through so I had to come in. So I’m wearing my bath robe so now I have to get out the car and go inside to do this all over again. The manager Meylin acted as if she didn’t want to assist me until I told them that now that I’m publicly embarrassed and since they can’t get things together I only want to deal with a manager. I spoke my grievances and she stated she would fix my food fresh and would bring it to me. No apology for making me go home,don’t offer to bring it to my car knowing the situation and that i wasn’t properly dressed,they remade my food but I asked for my chicken on the side and they still didn’t do that. So now I’ve been to chick fila three times and they still can’t get my order right for a salad!!!!! I requested the corporate office number and filed a grievance with them as well. This was all around poor customer service and I have never in my life had to go home for a receipt to prove anything. Chick fil a is normally know for great customer service but McDonald’s treats people better than this. I didn’t appreciate the service and I didn’t appreciate the embarrassment!!! I dont recommend this location,go five minutes down the street and go to the other one.

This is the second time someone got our order wrong, very unusual. But worse, my sandwich was overcooked - not sure what is happening at this chic-fil-a, but this is a big disappointment.

I'm livid ! I went on curb pick up after a long exhausting day bought food for my family and just the luck my MEAL was not in . I called and had expressed they forgot my meal and the lady put me on hold only to come back on the phone and said only the wrap was missing and that I ordered 5 fries there is 6 meals 1 meal was missed how are you telling me all my fries where in there. Well after going back and forth ya'll count the meals in here and tell me how many fries in total ya'll see because either I'm crazy for real ! I'm hangry and they need to hire people who can count !

I am done with Chick-fil-A Their standards have went way below acceptable to me. The 2d time in 1 week 2 different locations the same order and the same problem I get a chicken Sandwich at drive through it is dry and cold I remove the bun to put mayonnaise and the bun looks like it was dipped in grease, the Waffle Fries tasted like old oil and greasy had to use a napkin to get the gease out of the fries I finally threw them away. My standards are higher and your got lower never again will I go to any of your establishments.

I love Chick's Filet, but lately, I've noticed across the country (I travel for work 75%) that the filets are getting smaller. Service is always good, no complaints. Just seems the portions are getting smaller.
2 places I've seen with a drive-thru always circling the building and this is one. But you never wait long, great, fast service that never disappoints. Can't go wrong with chicken, a side of chicken, and a medium chicken drink.
