There is no need to have a kid out here in 45 degree weather taking anyone’s order at 845pm Jan 22, 2026, at night in dead winter. I was shocked to see it. Comparative to the other local chick fila just around the corner. Do better - totally disrespectful to workers and their own health!

Chick Fil A of Dumfries claimed I lied about a large fries missing from my order. I got home and realized that the fries were missing. I called to let Chick Fil A know that I was returning to pickup the fries. The lady on the phone said that I had the wrong Chick Fil A even though I told her I was using the receipt which contained the order# and their phone#. She put me on hold for several minutes, until I got to the restaurant. Once I got to the restaurant, I spoke with a youthful black female told me who said she was the manager or team leader. She said“ We already reviewed the “footage” and saw where you were given the fries.” I reiterated that I did not and that there was no way I drove back to the restaurant to lie about fries. She went into the office and told Tiffany Wang, who is presumably related to Natalie Wang, the owner. They took approximately 20 minutes before they came out. I have reason to believe they were reviewing the “footage.” Offended by my presence and ashamed of their mistake, the young black female (refused to provide her name) told an employee named Laila to give me the fries. No apologies, just take the fries and go. I asked to speak with Tiffany, so I can better understand what was going on. I also asked to see the “footage.”Tiffany listened but barely said anything. Tiffany confirmed that she checked the “footage” and found no evidence of me receiving the fries. Tiffany said we refunded your money. Again, I reiterated that I drove back to the restaurant, waited 20 minutes and was embarrassed and humiliated because I was that guy purportedly trying to get another large fries. I never made a scene or raised my voice and I reminded them of that. I cannot believe that they would think that my family has been coming to the Chick Fil A since 2012, regularly, sometimes 3-4 times a week, and all of a sudden I want to lie about fries. Moreover, between my wife and I, we probably have enough points to redeem fries. Lastly, fries are probably their least expensive product. It would have been much easier to say, we are sorry, here are your fries. I would have been on my way back home. Instead you told me I was a lair, kept me waiting, and tried to humiliate me in front of other customers. We will be in touch.

Normally we have a great experience at any Chick-Fil-A, but unfortunately we did not at this location. We used the drive thru, and first they tried to give us someone else's order, then we realized after driving down the highway that we were missing a sandwich that we were billed for, and finally we got a bone in our chicken nuggets! We couldn't go back to fix the issues, as we were traveling and did not want to waste the time, so we took a loss on that stop. The workers were friendly enough, and the rest of the food we got was good.

Chichen was not fresh n lettuce was dirty black spots on it and cooked long time ago
Better to cook right away not keep long after cooked! Front service people were kind but food quality is not satisfied and check all vegetables n use fresh also bread was too soft and soggy!

Stopped for lunch on a road trip. Drive thru service was slow to take our order, then we waited longer than usual for food. Drove off and realized they didn’t give us either of our regular order chicken sandwiches, but we did get someone else’s chicken sandwich with cheese and no pickles. Out of my family of 4 ordering a total of 4 meals, we received only 2 complete meals! Chick fila used to be a dependable fast food restaurant, but I’ve had so many experiences like this at multiple chick fila locations recently. Losing my business!
This place always have my orders wrong - either missing sauces, fries, or wrong chicken. All the time every time. Today, they forgot my chicken sandwich, tried to fix it, and then forgot the salad dressing! And it’s always a different person!
Update: The manager gave me the wrong sandwich for a different person. My name is Keith and as you can see here he gave me someone else.

Every Chic-fil-A I've ever gone to, has always been great. The training in customer service these workers get and demonstrate is exceptional. I know 1st hand. Was my first job in my Senior year of High school(many, many, many years ago). Loved it. 😃
