Excessive wait time for food that is only ok at best. Won't let you use the bathroom even after making you wait. Staff are very rude.

This was the most disappointing Chinese food experience I have ever had. It doesn’t matter what you order it’s all the exact same generalized stir fry with meat. Literally bourbon chicken is supposed to be crispy without baby corn, water chestnuts, etc…right? Not here. It’s the most fatty and lumpy grey chunks of chicken thighs thrown in some sickeningly sweet stir fry sauce with a bunch of random vegetables. Gross. Pepper beef and onions was chewy and gelatinous chunks of “beef” with not a lick of seasoning thrown in the same sickeningly sweet stir fry sauce as the bourbon chicken. Disappointing Will never order from here again.

Don’t ever eat here, I’ve spent plenty of money here and went in today to ask for duck sauce and was told NO that I was not welcomed to have any, even the two gentleman inside couldn’t believe it. But yes they told me no so please don’t eat here there service is terrible and they seem very racist. I’ll never order here again. Best believe anytime I’m in that area again I’ll be letting people know outside that they also should not eat here. I promise you. To deny a customer sauce when I’ve ordered here numerous times is out of this world. Cool.

This food was absolutely disgusting. The food came cold,and salty the food was not fresh me and my family waited 45mins just for that disgusting food to come. I told the manager and they was very rude and nasty. I will never go here again SMH!

Very different type of Chinese food. Not very tasty and the portions seemed small. Would not recommend at all to anyone unless they were desperately starving and had no other options to eat food. Absolutely would not try again. Was worthy the money to know not to order here ever again.

I went there today and one of the person serving food had a horrible attitude. He was very disrespectful to almost every customer. Kept questioning one person to not look at him or in the kitchen and stay away from the counter if they are waiting for an order.
Okay tasting food but theirs a different cousin or brother making the food each time and it doesn’t taste the same as the last time. Lottttssss of oil in my chicken and broccoli….. geeez

I had a terrible experience with this place. I paid for my order in full, but they didn't give me everything I had paid for. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they accused the Uber driver of stealing the steam rice. This lack of responsibility and poor customer service was extremely disappointing. I expected better from a business, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver. I will not be ordering from this place anymore!

My wife and I came in for lunch. She loves bourbon chicken and was excited to see it on the menu. As soon as we opened it she said what is this? I said it looks like sweet and sour chicken. So I asked the gentleman is this bourbon chicken? He said yes. We ate it because we were very hungry. Even after eating it we don't know what it was in fact we're not sure it was chicken. 🤢 Definitely won't be back!!

This place used to be the best place in Dumfries.. they changed owners 2-3 times in the past 2 years! Now it absolutely Disgusting!! I ordered bourbon chicken and it looked like CHITLINGS 🤢 🤮 brown meat.. definitely not chicken. So disgusted!! I immediately returned it. The lady at the counter was really nice and the owner wanted to know what was wrong with the food.. smh see the pics.. see for yourself!! I will never eat here again or encourage anyone to eat here. Bring the original owners back or shut it down lol
