Absolutely terrible.

Same food but didn't expect to spend 2 hours there. Service was extremely slow although the waitress was pleasant. But 2 hours, really!

This establishment is Cracker Barrel in every sense you expect. We come here regularly. It was chilly out so they had a roaring fire, very cozy and warm, my kids loved it. Service here is always on point. Enough to get you what you need without getting in the way. They sometimes run out of certain items, it's a pretty high traffic area, so if you're hankerin for something maybe call in advance so you can be prepared with a back up item. They always answer the phone and have answers to your questions.

Raw bacon and runny eggs fri am. Asked for bacon well done. It woulda gave me a sheep liver fluke it was so raw. The quality and menu are lacking. Gonwoke go broke. Go to waffle house .

The hostess threw our menus on the table. She was upset that another worker had called her over to seat us. She was busy yelling at her for yelling to her to wait on us. The hot chocolate the Christmas one arrived cold and was replaced with another that still wasn't very warm, the pancakes were just barely warm and the hash brown casserole was very clumpy and cold. I was disappointed with the whole meal. I spent $40 for us to have a breakfast that was mediocre at best and a hostess who was yelling and threw our menus. We were on vacation so I didn't make a big deal out of it and it's a Cracker Barrel that I won't be at again, but if it was the only Cracker Barrel experience I had ever had, I wouldn't go to another. I love Cracker Barrel generally so I will go to my local one but the one in Chester Virginia definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I love everything from Cracker Barrel and just have one complaint, the coffee is very light and in the morning something darker would be awesome!

This location for whatever reason is always running behind. This was a weekday too.We waited for 40 minutes upon being seated. Food was good 👍🏾
