Good food, wonderful service. But the app is unreliable we cam never pay our bill on it. It always locks up.

This was my 1st experience at Cracker Barrel. Not sure if others are like this but The entrance was a store were you could buy clothes/hats and other mementos. Hostess checks you in while u wait for your table. They had some good breakfast items on the menu. Biscuits and gray are provided at no charge. My parties food choices were the traditional scrambled eggs bacon, French toast. One unique item that's a must try is the cheese hash browns delish! I took home the bread pudding that was shareable size that was filled with cream cheese and berries on top also delish! Food was good, service ok. If in the area try them out!!

Visited on Mother’s Day and, despite the long wait, I was impressed by how well this location catered to families. They offered a variety of activities to keep children entertained, including bubbles, chalk, and complimentary drinks. My toddlers had a great time! The food was as expected—consistent with the standard menu.

The restaurant was so dirty and unkept. There was spilled water all over the floor, tables, and chairs. Trash and food on the floor. I've never been to a restaurant that was in this type of condition. Food tasted great; however, the portion sizes were smaller for one of the meals. Wait staff never took away empty plates/bowls. They were stacked up on our table... Disappointed because I typically enjoy Cracker Barrel.

Place was very slow. Barely anyone there, but tons of staff. Sat at the very least an hour and a half before closing. Took them almost two hours to complete their service. They did not have any biscuits and refused to make more due to closing in an hour. Waitress was slow and rude. Would disappear for long periods of time. Chicken fried chicken was cold and undercooked. We were celebrating Mother’s Day and a birthday. At the end around 9 pm when the waitress came back to our table we ordered my mom her free dessert where the coupon said any dessert the waitress kept saying you can only have cake. She did not care to hear or see what the coupon said. She was super slow on all encounters with our table even after closing time she did not seem to care about anything. She took a long time to get receipts for our table even after closing.

Without a doubt, the best pancakes you'll find around! The service is consistently great, and today was exceptional thanks to the excellent treatment we received from Tekeya.

My Morher’s Day experience…I have visited several Cracker Barrel‘s in multiple different states. I have been to this particular one in Dumfries VA twice and the experience was not great either time. The most notable staff member was Isabella who greeted everyone with a big smile and went the extra mile to show us items in the store area. We were not even greeted with a hello by the hostess who seated us. All she said was “ do you want a breakfast or dinner menu?” How are you the first face to greet people and you can’t even open your mouth or smile.
Once seated no wait time which was great at 3pm on a Sunday. It took 21mns for Anyone to come over and introduce themselves as our server. Then when she came over she claimed she was not actually our server but was helping her out for now. Her name was Alexis G. Btw. And she ended up serving us the entire time. She never smiled either and seemed very low energy and did not seem to move with any kind of urgency. We had to request biscuits which after waiting so long should have been automatic. Other CB restaurants I never had to ask our drinks took another 15 mins to come and she did not even bother asking if we wanted appetizers. Once the food came everything was good except the steak being overcooked not as requested, and another person’s fries were not ready. The table was never cleared of the used plates and cups and for four people we needed space. There was no intermittent check ins to see if we needed anything. There were 2 large parties both with 8 people at their tables so they took up all the attention the other tables should have been receiving with about 5 servers help them out. The restaurant was far from crowded.
Once done and after speaking with the manager who came over without even being called, she came over Immediately after that with a more pleasant tone. She seemed as if she was rushing us out offering boxes before even asking if we wanted dessert in which we did however, we could not bare to tolerate this anymore. She brought boxes and bags and still did not attempt to clear the table to give us more space. Service is definitely getting worse. Will not be patronizing this location anymore. The sad part is that my teenage daughter works in the service industry and was so appalled and disappointed by this service.

Be careful eating Campfire Chicken because the steamed chicken contains many small bones that mix in with the other food.

For around 10$ you get an entree with 3 sides and biscuits and cornbread. I am always full when eating here. They have a wide selection of foods and breakfast is all day as well. You just can't beat their deals. It can get croweded at tines but you usually dont have to wait very long and the staff is always so friendly. I love this place!!!!

Wasn't the best experience but wasn't the worse. The waitress seemed bother when requesting no gravy on the food due to having a no pork diet. Food lacked flavor and seasoning in my opinion. I've had better tasting food at Cracker Barrel so maybe it's the location or just a bad day but I wouldn't go out of my way to go back to this location.
