Great location but customer service is horrible here. Not sure where the manager finds the kids that work there but no one ever smiles or looks happy to be there. Usually clean but just sad vibes.

Every time I walk in no one is smiling, and they all seem very unhappy to work there. I think I know why, because one time I was there and the owner was behind the counter. He seems very miserable. I was cheerful and looking forward to ice cream, and even tried to be friendly with him as he showed no response; almost rude, as he ordered the kid working for him to make my ice cream.
The store is not kept clean. The bathrooms are gross, and any spills or mess on the floor stay there all day. The garbage bins look like theyāve never been washed.
Lastlyā¦ DQ is overpriced. $7 for a small cup of ice cream?? Seems excessive when you can buy an entire tub from the grocery store for the same price. On top of that they ask you for a tip! Iām getting tired of systems that request a tip for simply buying a product. The owner sat there and watched me pay as if pressuring me to see if Iād tip, which I didnāt, so he then walked away with a look of disappointment. No āthank you.ā No āhave a nice day.ā Just turns his back on me, tells his employee what to make, and walks away. They even have a cash tip jar by the register. Ridiculous! You did your job. You arenāt a server who waits on tables refilling drinks, cleaning tables, carrying food, establishing rapport, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. THAT is earning a tip. All you do is just scoop some ice cream in a cup, maybe sprinkle it with toppings and/or stir it up in a machine, stick a spoon in it and hand it to me. And you canāt even seem do that with a smile. Iām not tipping for that.
This Dairy Queen needs to DQ something different!

Spent almost $50 on 3 lunch meals and then they charged an extra 1.30 for 2 sauces ( honey mustard & bbq). Seriously???

This place is a constant let down, they canāt even get an uber eats order correct (0 for 4 on items ordered being what we received this time and have had bad experiences in the past) how do you send two small blizzards (wrong flavors) when a large, medium, small blizzard and cheese curd where ordered (did not receive anything but the two incorrect flavor and size blizzards) completely incompetent and disappointing.

The white guy that works is so rude and a nuisance to this society. Heās so incompetent. We ordered a sundae and it was bad so we asked for a new one and refused to make it and made the other guy refuse us service.
