Soon as that smell hits my nose, I feel like my knees stop hurting for a second. It’s warm, it’s sweet, it’s smooth… tastes like peace and quiet on a Sunday morning. Mm-hmm 😌✨But listen here… that young man Tobe? Now that’s a good boy right there 👀. Polite, respectful, always got that humble smile. You don’t see young folks like that too often no more. He got good energy the type that make you nod your head and say, “Mm, somebody raised you right.” 😌

I've been here atleast 10 times and not one single time has my order ever been correct. If I didnt live 3 minutes away I wouldn't keep putting up with the guaranteed errors. Drinks and food being made wrong, reminding staff to put on gloves when grabbing donuts. I think the extra 10 minute drive for the next location might be the move from now on when I need that dunkin fix.

Waited 35 minutes for this amount of bacon, and they messed up on our drinks THREE times.. We were very polite about everything because I thought they were just understaffed but these two girls ordered way after us and got their drinks within 5 minutes. This location sucks. Our cashier was Natasha

Please close this location. Most incompetent staff in any customer service setting I've ever witnessed. They embarrass the name and brand of dunking donuts. Please stop this monstrosity! If I could put 0 stars, I'd do it 100/100 times on my reviews for this place.
There was one employee who was courteous and competent but the others were neither. One drink order was wrong and the other forgotten halfway filled on the counter despite no one else being in the store. We should have driven the extra several miles to the next Dunkin'.

Never go in there on the weekends unless you want to spend 30 minutes to get your regular coffee. Drive-thru is even worse. Very disorganized need some order and direction. I have never been there during the weekdays and I am scared to because they are so slow.

This is definitely the worst Dunkin' I've been to! They can't handle more than three orders at once. It takes more than 10 minutes to make a coffee if the store is busy. It was not made as I ordered. Awful coffee. I've shopped at different stores, and this one is bad, really bad.
