There were only two workers to cover the drive thru, kitchen, and in-store counter. On a weekend! Management needs to do some serious hiring/scheduling work. Those two workers I saw were being run ragged!

When ever the lady manger opens, it never opens on time. She always come in late. If the store opens at 5am, then the store should have the manager there before so it does open on time. If she can't make it, train those that are there how to open.....

The only thing guaranteed at this location is the inaccuracy of your order. There’s not one time I’ve been and my order was correct. They leave off toppings, forget to add ingredients, claim to not have certain items, and they are slow!! I don’t know why it takes them so long. I’ve been here several times and today was my last. These kids do not care!! I ordered a s’mores cold brew and my graham topping was missing. When k brought it to their attention, they said “oh you wanted that”. Ummm it comes on the drink doesn’t it!!!? They scraped most of my cold foam off to add it…I give up.

I ordered 3 egg whites, hash browns, green goddess wrap, and everything babe bites via the drive through.
Before I pulled off I noticed my hash browns were missing. Went in to get those. When I got Home, I noticed the bagel bites were missing.
Mind you, the items ordered was on the bag. How two thing were missing is beyond me.
