I came here because the location near Triangle is bad, but this one seems to be even worse. They consistently get my order wrong. Never my bacon avocado toast and said NOTHING about it. Corporate doesn't help neither. Employees will always give you side-eye, always unhelpful. Horrible since this is a newer store and should be more put together. I shouldn't have to choose between going to Woodbridge or Stafford to get some Dunkin. Avoid at all costs.

This was some of the worst service I think I've ever had anywhere. It was two young men and nobody looked our way for a good 15 minutes even though we were the only people there... These people should be let go. Don't know what they're doing in the service industry.

They REALLY need to step up their game… everytime I go to get coffeee, they somehow mess it up. Would really appreciate if they put in effort to listen to what the customer actually wants!

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! THE WAIT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH. They either forget something or completely mess up my order I shouldnt have a half frozen sausage patty. And don't get me started on when I ordered pick up in drive I got the alert my foods ready but it's 9 cars in the line I go inside and nicely ask and they have me there for over 15 mins the whole time no one was looking for the order. Your entire staff needs new training except the older black man and younger white man who makes the sandwichs. They are both always urgent and alert and extremely eager to jump in and help. The rest of the staff have nasty attitudes tward your customers and don't seem to have any care that they are doing a service and handling ppls food. when they are pleasant and smile it makes us all feel better we won't mind waiting in a room filled with good energy. The woman before me was so upset she was still waiting for a drink and the yound kid with glass who was making the drink was unapologetic and didn't seem to have a care in the world she was still waiting on anything when she ordered mobile pickup.

So, I only visit this location when I’m in town to see my sister, which is the only reason I order at this location because it’s closest. However, over the past few weekends, I’ve noticed that the drive-thru has become exceptionally slow! Which isn’t even the main reason for my two-star review… the main reason is that they never fill the cup up all the way, and this is NOT an isolated incident! It’s rather annoying. I’ve attached a picture for reference.
This deep south DD location will not disappoint you Yankees. (Dunkin's started in Mass. In the 1950s) This location was every bit as good your favorite New England DD.

I thought I’d give this place one more try for 2025, Just to be disappointed again. They don’t greet you at the window. No hello, no thank you, they are mute. They give you ready made hash browns (cold) or burnt. The sweet tea taste acidic. They don’t melt the cheese on your sandwich. Bread (bagels/croissants) are always cold.
This place doesn’t deserve to be supported because the workers suck and it reflects on your food. Trash, trash, trash…..we have a choice people.

Will not be back! I ordered today via mobile app and waited in my car for 5 minutes and headed in. Took another 10 minutes when they were not busy at all. I was never greeted and they never asked if I needed help. I was the only person in there with the staff. As I was waiting I watched a tall guy in a long sleeve black shirt make someone’s food and pick at it and eat from it with his bare hands. I was disgusted and almost walked out - but was still waiting on my coffee. Luckily my coffee was made for me by the other gentleman working and I watched it and all was clean and fine. However watching that man eat from someone’s sandwich while he was making it was so gross. 🤮
