Went through the drive thru just to order a simple macchiato. They made me go park and said they’ll bring it. Waited 15 mins still nothing. Walked in and they still didn’t have it done. Horrible service and such a time waster.

I was just passing through, the space was a little run down for my taste, the service could improve, and the hot chocolate is definitely terrible, it was sweet water with a chocolate smell, I honestly expected more from the Dunkin Donuts chain, the donut didn't stand out either. I wouldn't go back.

I paid $17 for 2 plain bagels, bacon , egg and cheese w/2 hashbrowns and 2 drinks. They always give you burnt and cold hashbrowns, the bagels were top heavy and hard and the drinks were not sweet. Terrible and the order taker (guy) sounds mono toned like he don't want to be there.

One of their most popular ice creams, praline and cream is hardly ever in stock and that's very annoying. Most of the employees I've encountered are less than friendly and sometimes attitudinal. Places like this only remain in business when there is limited competition.

Walked inside to see the variety of donuts we could choose. My son and I picked a dozen donuts for the rest of the family. Who were still asleep at home.. Staff was patient with our order and made sure each donut was exactly what we wanted.. We will be visiting this Dunkin again very soon!! Thank you for all of your hard work and customer service Skills..

The staff is never pleasant. I don't go to this location often because of how bad the service is. The handful of times that I've been there, there is always an issue. The last time I went They had the hash browns with cheese and bacon on top. The amount of time we had to wait for the mobile order was insane. It was a good 20 minutes before getting that one item. Then they put a drop of cheese and no bacon. I hate complaining, but I didn't pay for that. Why was I waiting 20 minutes for this?? Today was the last straw. We did a mobile order and the hash browns were soft (we prefer them crispy), but the biggest thing that got me heated was receiving a stale bagel. It was so hard. So the employee picked up the hard bagel and threw cream cheese on it and gave it to me. 1. I didn't pay for a stale bagel. 2. Good customer service is so hard to find. Some businesses are awesome and have great staff. This location is trash. I don't know if it's a training issue, or hiring young adults and kids that don't care, but it is frustrating as a consumer. I hate complaining and I don't like posting negative reviews, but I'm so over this location. I don't understand why it's even open. Worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Do better. If I had to say anything positive, the cold brew that I received today was good and the kids were satisfied with their donuts. Unfortunately, I was unable to eat the bagel.
