El Papi Street Tacos. (Dumfries).

SO delicious and such a great value because the tacos and pizza are quite substantial! This restaurant does NOT skimp. We had the12 inch Red Pizza Birria and chose the chicken option. It came with 2 mini dipping soups and a side of fries. We also had the Family Pack, which consists of 12 Red Queso Tacos and 1 Liter of consomme. We chose the birria option, and these tacos were FULL of the most tender and flavorful meat. Most of the children could only eat one taco because they are so substantial. Highly recommend if needing to feed a crowd...or just yourself...but we're a family of 10, so a crowd, and this easily feeds all of us.

From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and laid-back—exactly what you want from a great taco spot. But the real star here is the food. The tacos are incredible—fresh, flavorful, and packed with perfectly seasoned meat. You can tell everything is made with care, from the warm tortillas to the toppings that hit just right.

The al pastor was a standout—juicy, slightly sweet, and full of bold flavor. The carne asada was just as impressive, tender and cooked perfectly. And don’t skip the sauces—they take everything to another level.

Service was fast and friendly, and the prices are super reasonable for the quality you’re getting.

If you’re craving legit street tacos, this place is 100% worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back. 🌮💯

We got the wrong order. Beans taste like burnt. We only got beans no rice . I didn’t get my guacamole the I pay for it. So not coming back.

My friend and I came here for the first time and was curious about this place. Walked in and completely empty but there food was really good. I had the custom 2 burrito. First one was cow tongue which was interesting but delicious. Second was steak and was also good too. I'm not super picky and everything was good. Moving forward now today. This is my second visit and food was same and delicious. Overall there food made me satisfied.

Gave this place a second try but same result. Slow service food was bland. The only way to make it taste better is adding all the sauces they have and make it edible. Both times that I have been there around 6pm, I have been the only customer.a

Ordered tacos that didn’t say they came with chipotle aioli on it so there was no option on the kiosk to take off, unlike other items that did list it as an ingredient. I didn’t realize it came on there so when I took a bite, that’s when I realized it. I tried asking about getting it remade without it and the lady just pointed at the order slip and showed me where I didn’t make a modification to remove it, even though that wasn’t an option on the kiosk to remove. She refused to do anything and just shrugged at me. (See photos where no sauce is notated in description and no option to remove, same as on the ordering kiosk)

I gave this place one star because the experience was honestly disappointing.
Everyone working there seemed to be in a bad mood. No one greeted us or spoke to us, and the lack of basic customer service really ruined the whole experience. When you go out to eat, service is a big part of it, and here it felt like we were invisible.
The food was just meh, nothing special at all. With the poor service and average food, there’s really no reason for me to come back. I won’t be returning.
