I called, first gave them benefit of the doubt - did they accidentally give me small fries (in a puch, not a cup?) no, they just don't use any cups.
I pay for 4 burgers and a 6.99 fries and TIP (10%) for pickup and I get like a mcd large fries at best.
Anyways, the in person service was nice. The call didn't go so well. Please do better? :']

Out of all the 5 guys I’ve been too this one is the worst as far as the fries and attention to detail when it come to the ingredients you want on your burger / franks. I would of gave a 1 star but he staff is really friendly. (Instead of onions and bacon on my frank I got all the way home to barbecue sauce filled Frank (Hotdog)
