We love Fo. While we have eaten there in person, it's usually a nice take out option for us. The sushi is always really fresh, and we love the teriyaki and red curry. The staff is also super responsive and helpful. We have some food allergies in our family that make being able to eat out really difficult, and they are so careful at Fo! It's amazing having a safe option that I can actually eat (there are very few places or meals where we can!)

Do not order from them through door dash, I’ve been going here for over 6 years even when the previous owners where here and today I ordered through door dash waited an hour and for some reason the order was cancelled I called the store directly and they wanted to charge me more than what I paid for the order online, I was willing to drive and pick it up and she said she couldn’t honor the price I was charged online, ZERO customer service. No lunch and a wasted unpaid lunch break. I don’t think I will ever be back as there is a lack of initiative and care to resolve a customer issue.

When a customer is trying to kindly and politely explain themselves, DO NOT WHISPER under your breath, in another language, as if I will not understand you!
In the end, I pray you all read this and understand that I was just trying to explain myself and receive a refund because the food was bad/lacking flavor and filled with oil (or maybe the oil needs to be changed because now I’m having sharp pains and feel sick) instead of them telling me “No, you just don’t like it because we make this a lot” — that’s RUDE! You are not me and you cannot compare what I am experiencing today what to other experiences prior to THIS VERY MOMENT. Please note—I only ate the green beans, most of the deep fried dumplings and the California Roll, and a bite of the Shrimp tempura , from the Bento Box, which has many items.

Woodbridge rolls, phoenix rolls, dumplings and shrimp ramen are my favorite. The shrimp have a flavor that makes the ramen even more tasty.

Quite expensive for what we ordered. After tip we spent $60 on one udon bowl, pho bowl and one sake. The portion for the udon was extremely disappointing and on the smaller side. Food was tasty but in no world was this worth $30 a person.
Our server was also rather disinterested and didn’t check in at all. Had to flag her down after waiting for a long period for the bill.

The service was okay quick and fast, but I went during lunch. I ordered the spider Roll, house salad, and miso soup. Total cost $35. The presentation for the spider roll was nice but the salmon was not fresh. Please note they charge extra if you pay with card. I won't be back, but this is my personal experience from being there. I just didn't like the sushi Roll. ?
