I went there this morning and our waiter was brittnei. Had to wait 10-15 minutes to order. After ordering the food never came and it had been almost a hour. The people that came after us were being attended faster and better. It felt like discrimination because of the way we looked compared to the other guest. After we just got up and go because the food wasn’t gonna come.

Stefan was our server and he was amazing. My pancake was warm but eatable. The location is near interstate 95 so it's good place to eat and get back into the highway.

The food came out cold after waiting 40 minutes for it. Mind you there were only 5 other families waiting. Had to send all my food back because it was cold just to not get all of my food back before finishing my meal. The portion sizes were half of what I received at other locations. I will never eat here again. I seen another table looking for silverware from dirty tables because they weren't given any. Our table was disgusting upon seating. Multiple tables were just dirty. Where was the staff and what are yall doing in the back!?!?

There is new management at this IHOP, and you can tell. The food quality, the service, the atmosphere, ALL of it--SO much better than it used to be! I'll definitely be returning with my family! Khaliab did a great job and was so courteous and respectful to us.

We just went in for lunch. It's Ihop. The food is ok. What made today great was the service! Kalib was such a polite, attentive, respectful, and courteous young man. We will go back just to see him. What a delight!
Anthony the manager and his crew are absolutely tremendous!No other restaurant including the couple of IHOP's in a 30 mile radius can touch!!!

Main issue: upon leaving & using the bathroom, a male staff used the bathroom and returned to the kitchen WITHOUT washing hands.
Others: we all received something wrong with our order, missing drinks or ingredients, or entirely wrong order. The server was nice though.

One of the worst experience I've ever had. they gave me the wrong order multiple times. The grits was so watery and no flavor. And the hash browns was cold and got me sick. And I can keep going on. Avoid this place like the plague it is. Do better IHOP. What a shame.
