The service was horrible. We sat for 20 minutes before anyone took our drink order. The guy that took our order acted as though he was on some type of downers and could barely focus. Food finally came and it was decent though halfway through the meal, we ran out of water and didn't get refilled till we were finished and ready to leave. I do not recommend this IHOP to anyone!

My wife and I go every Wednesday for senior citizen discount and we request Kayla as our waitress every time because she is the best server we have had at this IHOP!!! Outstanding customer service!

When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the server who was really sweet. Before we were seated, we used the bathroom which had two clogged toilets, one sink wrapped in plastic, and one clogged sink. We then finished using the bathroom and the server directed us to our table.
The table and seats were clean and the place was nicely decorated. We then placed our orders, one person in our party was deathly allergic to bacon and she ordered a sandwich without bacon. The server put no bacon and repeated our order to us. After about 10-15 minutes, our order arrived except the sandwich had bacon when us and the server clearly said no bacon.
The server then took the sandwich back and a couple minutes later comes back with the SAME SANDWICH just with the bacon removed. With the chef probably knowing from our server that a person in our party was deathly allergic, they didn’t seem to care. The server then apologized and took the sandwich back and made the chef make another one (none of this is the servers fault by the way, it was the chefs.) After that, we ordered dessert and left.

My order was ready for pick up but no one was available to check me out. There were other people waiting as well! The food gone cold and I complained and then a server came out and called me a dumb ass. The manager came and didn’t apologize for her behavior. He just said he will address the situation to her. Horrible service

just spent $30 on a take out order and my chocolate chip pancakes only had like 4 chocolate chips in them. so extremely disappointed.
Won't be returning, ordered pick up and waited over an hour for our food. My husband asked several times if it was ready as other picks up were coming out for people who had just arrived and he could never get an answer and was blown off . Terrible customer service. We literally watched people come in , eat , and leave before we got our PICK UP ORDER.

HORRIBLE! My family and I went here 8/3/2025 @6:12pm. Waited about 10 minutes at the door to be seated..there were only 4 other gusts in the restaurant. It took a waiter awhile to come over and ask for our drinks. My kids got milkshakes that tasted SOUR Once we finally put in our food order and received the food, the eggs were DISGUSTINGLY but most importantly ALL the food was ICE COLD!! Even my husband’s BURGER!! How do you serve COLD food with hardly any customers in the building?!! Once I asked for a manager, this elderly man who could barely walk, bluntly told me that he had no idea. This restaurant needs new management & a better cook!!
