It's a diner that much is very true. However we went on the Sunday morning and got right in and had decent service. I don't recommend the orange juice.. bleh... but the pancakes are really good!!

I hadn’t been to IHOP in years due to previous bad experiences but decided to go to this one on a whim and it brought me back to being a fan. Raquel and the other morning waitstaff are always friendly and they know all the regulars by name and by order. Food is always good and quick.
I will most definitely! Be calling corporate in the morning they have an employee walking around with a cigarette on top of her eye while working 🤦🏽♀️. I can’t make this up then she had her boyfriend asleep in the waiting area and was telling him about the issues some customers had complain about. Then she had to remake one of my orders because she got it wrong the first time. Never again

Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. The dishes did not taste as good as expected — they looked much more appealing in the menu photos. The food was overly greasy, which I didn’t enjoy at all. The service was also lacking: the waitress wasn’t very friendly, maybe she was having a bad day, but it affected the overall atmosphere.
The only positive was the pancakes, which were delicious with no complaints there. I hope the restaurant will improve the quality of the food and service in the future.
