I stopped going here a few months ago. I live 5 minutes away. After many unsatisfactory visits, final straw was when I ordered my usual, the sampler. Server brought eggs and ham. When I asked where the bacon was, he said many people custom ordered it. Took it back and put bacon on it and walked away. I picked up a menu and went into the kitchen to point out no sausage either. Finally found someone and read the menu to him. 2 bacon, 2 sausage, ham, 2 eggs and pancakes. Don't custome order for me. I wanted three meats and eggs. I won't go back and whenever I feel adventurous go to the one on Smoketown. Still not my best choice but at least I get what the menu says.

My hubby and I ordered to go and when we got home we realized that none of his turkey bacon was cooked. They really served us uncooked turkey bacon. I’ve been trying to reach the store over the phone for the last 20mins and nobody picks up. Here are pictures of before and after (we had to air fry the turkey bacon so that it could cook throughly.)

It's IHOP. They are always busy. The food is always what you expect. The staff and management here are great! If you place a call-in order, don't sit in your car and try to call for curbside pickup, they do not answer the phone. Walk/roll your butt inside and you'll get your food much sooner. My kids love the kid's menuParking: Depends on how busy the shopping center is. Often, parking is available, but further away than one might expectKid-friendliness: My kids like the kid's menu, especially the cupcake pancakes. They put lids on the kids' drinks, which is nice.

Felt very discriminated. Our waitress a Hispanic woman were waiting and serving being very attentive to the other Hispanic people. She ignored us, spoke to us then turned around to the other table (Hispanic family) and proceeded to take their to go order (they already dined in). Left to put their order in. She finally came back after 15 minutes and took our order but after that never came back. My fiancé and I left out after an hour of not being checked on or our food not coming out. Don’t recommend at all if you are a black family I’m just being honest. As we sat there we payed attention to whom was being served and what was being served. They were messing up orders and seemed to not really focus on the black people in there. They will treat you like you’re not even in there about to spend YOUR money in their establishment. We say they’re patient and silent and not even a check in on us. Never again.

It usually takes a long time to get seated. It seems like there is no dedicated host/hostess and the manager is the one that seats customers, monitor the front counter, and bring the to-go orders out. He is also not the most pleasant person. He will yell at you if you ask questions.

Worst experience ever at this ihop manager on duty was rude he had new employees that were not trained properly, we got the wrong food and it took 45 minutes to get our food and it was not even busy maybe 2 tables were occupied, manager started to argue with me after I was charged wrong on my bill,so he said no charge and said you can just leave, I felt sorry for the waitress and gave her a tip.i will never go back when that manager is there.
If you're traveling and hopping off the highway for food then sure, but it's not a hang around long term kinda thing. Police are regular in the area because of things that go on.

This is the worst ihop ever the women in the morning can barely speak any English and they're so rude specially the lady in charge! She was awful. I hope she gets fired because she does not how to treat others. She made me feel like I was going to walk out without paying because she had the audacity to say pay here with me don't just leave excuse me what? The coffee was so cold she didn't even offer me a refill I told her it was cold and she was oh ok I'll be back and then she went to hug a customer oh and she even decided to clean by sweeping around my area so disrespectful and so unprofessional. Don't even get me started of the store manager that man seems so lazy he lets these Hispanic ladies run the place seriously someone superior needs to do something or this place will go out of business. Even chick fil a treats their customers better. I've never been so disappointed in the food quality in an ihop the crepes were a joke that lady was a joke herself. The food was not cook properly well done nothing like that it's like they cook in a rush and they were still raw disgusting I got sick and had to go to the hospital. Stay away from this ihop while these ladies are there specially the lead in the morning she's the worst person I've ever met in my life. She's lucky I didn't return my plate I was scared if I did she may be more rude and I didn't want to ruin anyone's morning.
