They are supposed to close at 10pm. I placed an online order at 9pm. I pulled up a little after 9pm all the employees were leaving the restaurant. If this is the case the hours need to be updated.

Serving food at boiling temperatures doesn't provide for a good experience, nor is it healthy. The plastic spork can't handle the famous bowl either. We're supposed to bring our own fridge and cutlery now to enjoy KFC?

I went through the drive thru and ordered the 4pc $10 deal ,I was told to pull up and they'd bring it out , as I sat there another car got served and I was still waiting...I had to open the drive in window to ask for my food which they failed to even put the order together..the worst experience I've ever had here ?? and I had to ask for a receipt ( this is what they gave me)

The food was ok and the service was ok. After I ate my meal I had to use the restroom and because someone thought that I was in the bathroom to long a person outside started to bang on the door very loudly and even when I said I was in here the person on the outside continued to bang on the door. I believe it was am employee that did this. I am sorry if when I use the bathroom takes a bit long I do not believe I needed to be treated that way. I will never come back to that KFC and I may never go to a KFC again because of this. I ate my meal peacefully and quietly and then this happened
Bought a 8 piece family meal and was not given the correct amount of chicken. The bucket only had 7 pieces . This is not the first time buying family meals and not getting what I am paying for.

Whichever female that was taking drive-thru orders on the mic on 3/15/24 around 1:20-1:25pm is very very rude. I never got a chance to order because her tone was very rude. I've never written a review on a restaurant before, but this was just unbelievably rude. I gave this location a third try, because the first time was the same. The second time it was a nice gentleman who took my order. So I decided to try again today and I can honestly say I WILL NOT BE BACK!

I got double fried old chicken and gave me an upset stomach. Everything tasted funny and it wasn't good at all. I've had stomach pain for 2 days. I don't recommend this place.

Call the Colonel!!!!! I'm 100% sure this KFC isn't using the secret recipe and is using some prepackaged store bought chicken. I wish i would have taken a picture of the strips i ordered before i gave them to my dog. Don't get me started on the crackheads hovering all around. Don't eat here.
