Very good

1st and last time at a Caesar's. Will be as matter as fact as possible. Don't intend to spend more time writing the review than mgt will expend fixing the problems. Nov 5 went for take out. No paper menus for ease of selection. Fine, but.... electric display on wall rotating through the selections provided too little detail to get educated on your order. Resorted to smartphone to glean additional info. Depending on the "menu" selected, got conflicting or incomplete info on items. Thought, for example, I was getting a 16" large, which ultimately turned out to be 14". Learned the lesson a while back that 1 star reviews are not without merit. There're plenty of decent pizza places in close proximity (Pizza Hut, Pizza Boli, Vocelli's, PapaJohn's, etc) to preclude needing to come back to this business.

Is 0 stars an option? Couldn't online order at 915 since they close at 10. Called the store 3 times to place an order with no answer.. figured maybe they're busy or the phones don't work. Went up to the store to place my order for a simple pepperoni deep dish, not a single person waiting and they weren't bust at all. Sat in the lobby and called the store just to see if they'd answer and literally watched the register girl sit there and not answer the phone!! If you don't want my business just save us the hassle and close your store. 03/20/24 for anyone wondering.

We come here probably too often as we live pretty close and it's a quick meal on busy nights. The people are always really nice. My 3 year old always comes with and has a handful of monster trucks each and every time. One of them went under the giant drink fridge. He was devastated! The gentleman at the register came in like a super hero with broom in hand to fish it out! I really appreciate how nice they always are.

Pizza never hot n ready always have to wait when I come that why we come here to leave n go not wait 10mn n go smh and I order a door dash the real put the ticket I ordered on the box when I opened the box completely different
