Poorly managed Panera Bread. I've come to this location twice within the past 2 weeks and both times they've been out of a variety of bread. The first visit they'd run out of every sandwich bread except sourdough bread. Tonight they're out of baguettes and chocolate chip cookies. How does Panera Bread run out of bread?

I strive to refrain from awarding anything under a 5 star review unless it is absolutely warranted, however this is the second time I've had an issue with a beverage here. In the previous visit I made to this location I ordered an orange drink which unfortunately tasted slightly rancid, similar to orange juice that had been sitting out for too long. This visit I ordered a pomegranate tea that has an overbearing chlorine taste to it. I understand that public water is treated, however I do not experience this at other Panera Bread locations. Perhaps the filter requires a change or there is no filtration at all. Either way, it is not drinkable.

Panera has continued to decline in breakfast food quality. If it's just bread or bagels your fine but other breakfast items are lacking in quality and in protein for what you pay for. The powder eggs are atrocious and sausage is paper thin. Solid pass on breakfast sandwiches for this family.

I had ordered a specific sandwich close to closing time and come to realize when I arrived home that it is a different one that I cannot eat due to Allergies, I called back 30 minutes after closing time and to my surprise the manager requested I come back and propley treated for the order I had made with them although they had already closed. Wonderful service I thought my night was ruined and my money wasted, thank you, I didn't catch your name.

We have been eating at this Panera for quite so time. Really since it opened. The quality has gone way down hill as of late. We order pick and delivery at least once a week, and I am definitely changing that routine.
Our last few orders (not just the last one) have been subpar. Brown, wilted lettuce, sandwiches not made to order, I had a grilled cheese where the cheese wasn't even melted. The inclusion of allergen ingredients even though the allergies are checked on the order and we specifically remove those ingredients from the order.
It really seems like they just don't care. As an example, I included two pictures with this review from the salads that we got tonight. Unfortunately, this is representative of the service we've gotten the last few times we've ordered from them. They used to a good consistent place to eat. Not anymore.

My home order was around $70. The tuna I spit in a napkin and in the trash!!!! I wouldn't serve this to my dog!!!!!!!

Picked up a big order and dumb me didn't check it because this is Panera. Got home to find out it was missing my husband's sandwich. Tried calling to let them know to refund me. Call just rang and rang - yes, it was during the lunch rush, so I called back again after the lunch rush and it rang and rang and then hung up on me. Wish there was a way I could have emailed them so I can validate the charge dispute for the sandwich. I don't want anything free. Just want what I paid for without having to drive 20 minutes each way in traffic.
