Terrible management. I showed up to pick up my order, and the employee told me it would take 15 minutes — even though the app showed it was ready. When I mentioned that, he responded with attitude: “That’s because you just paid.” I’ve been using this app for years and know how it works. This experience was disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ll find somewhere else to order from moving forward.

I ordered the Shaq pizza. It had no more Pepperoni on it than a regular pizza does. Was very disappointed. Wasn't given a receipt to reference.

Delivery driver for my order tonight was A1 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. They didn’t put sauces in my order for the first one. We ended up ordering dessert for a 2nd order and we got the same driver! I told him about the sauces and he said hold on. Thought he left and about 15 min later the doorbell rings. It’s the Delivery guy with my sauces 🙌🏽 that’s above and beyond right there and I really appreciated it.

Piss poor customer service!! Order was expected between 5:18-5:28 and did not receive order till about 6:15. Called and kept being told, “I’m sorry, let me check with my assistant manager and then places back on hold, this was done 3 times then I hung up. Won’t be ordering with them again!

Places a $47.00 order and when the delivery driver delivered my food they left it on the porch. They never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. 20 mins later I was wondering why the pizza was taking longer than usual and come to find out it was outside the whole time. Cold and nasty. Worst service I ever experienced! Not to mention, the pizza didn’t taste fresh.

I ordered a pizza a couple weeks ago and there was a chick behind the counter maybe 19-21 and she was very snobby I would not order here less its delivery. The atmosphere is horrible
I placed an order at 5:30pm I waited over two hour to get a pizza not a good place if you can’t wait over 2 hours for your order to be ready.

I cannot really rate the atmosphere because I almost always do delivery. In the past, the Papa Johns was not good at all. Oh, the food was good, but order accuracy and delivery estimates left a lot to be desired. In fact, we started ordering our pizza to be delivered 1/2 hour before we wanted it to ensure it would arrive on time. However, things have changed. I do not know if they got new management and/or a new focus on quality, but they are now top-notch! Order accuracy and delivery is always spot on. So, I don't know what you did at this Papa Johns, but hats off! WELL DONE!!!
