Ordered from this location.. my order arrived incorrectly.. The menu did not specify the type of onion on the gyro.. it just stated raw onions.. after speaking to 3 employees.. I explained that I was allergic to red onions to each person I spoke to.. After remaining on hold for 30+ minutes I was told that it was my fault for ordering the food and I should had told them I was allergic to red onions when I placed my order.. I explained I had ordered this same thing from the Lake ridge location and the gyro came with white onions.. I was then told I would not be given a fresh order or a refund because it was my fault.. they kept my money and I couldn't even enjoy my meal.. I won't be ordering from here ever again.. I felt the staff was extremely disrespectful and insensitive.. would not recommend..

All around amazing costumer service, the manager gave me very good conversation while I waited for my food. The fries were extra crispy, and the sub was absolutely perfect. This is a genuine review and def recommend this as a go to spot

I have been going to my local Boli's in Alexandria snice i was a kid in the 90s. I moved out to Dumfries a year ago to find there is this location here as well!!! I will always be a super fan of Boli's. The employees have great attitudes and are awesome! A must stop shop if you haven't been.

My kids love their pizzas, especially the chicken fajita pizza — it's the best in the DMV! What makes this location special is their excellent service. It's also conveniently located and always clean and tidy.
I ordered pizza delivery for the team at a competition at the local high school. Pizza Boli was easy to work with and gave the team a competitive price. The best part was they were flexible when the competition schedule ran late -- Pizza Boli delivered our pizzas a bit later upon request, and allowed us to borrow the large insulated bag so that all the team members got hot pizza when it was their turn to eat. Plus, with all the tournament stuff, it took a while for us to get outside to connect, and the delivery guy was super patient and friendly. Really great experience getting our team fed!
