Worst service from taking orders online to actual customers service in person. Do no order online and expect your food delivered. The option for Pizza Hut delivery is not them but goes to Doordash although one chooses the pizza hut delivery. I had to come in person to get my money refunded and it was a hassle. Disrespectful staff, barely new how to work the system and they then got upset because I wanted a refund. Do not recommend this location at all.

The pricing for this pizza hut is to High for the amount and quality they give it. This place is new but the places next to it are a dump making It not great and not want to be there. Honestly a dominos would have been better here.

My family placed an order at 9:43pm September 19, 2024 for delivery. We were told the food would be delivered in 30 minutes. After 50 minutes we called to check the status of our order and were told that they wont deliver to our location and we would have to pick it up ourselves. We went to the location and asked for a manager to inquire about why we weren't informed that we would have to pick our food up. The person in the store said that they were the manager and became extremely aggressive and insisted they didn't want to talk. My family was hungry and just wanted our food. but this “manager” refused to make our order, continued to say he didn't want to talk, and threatened to call the police just so that he wouldn't have to make anything. This was extremely offensive, and honestly feels racially charged. Why would you tell me to come pick my order up and then refuse to make it once i arrive? We won’t waste our time coming here again after this, and neither should you.

Placed an order online for pick up. Manager on duty was rude. He closed down his drawers early. THEY CLOSE AT 1. It was only 1215 Waited 30 mins for my for my food, For him to tell me he wasn’t accepting cash. Cards only. He really let me walk out without my food. Shame I liked this location

I called trying to order the melt 2 pieces like online for 8.99 but I couldn’t recall the name. A cashier picked up saying he understood what I wanted and I went to pick up the order thinking there was only one type of melt special with the 2 pieces. To my surprise when I got home I only saw one melt in there. I called again and tried to explain that I wanted the 2 pieces of melt and boneless special which was almost the same price I was billed 8.59 for this one. A cashier put me on hold only for the manager to get on the calm and couldn’t be patient enough to hear me out. He then bluntly said that what I ordered is what I got and that’s it. Even though I tried to explain that it was his cashier that rang it up cus I didn’t know there was two specials. No quality service at all. I thought this place made food with good intentions. How your food is made and by who is important….

I called Pizza hut in Dumfries just few mins ago. The man that answered the phone was extremely disrespectful. I will never order from this place. I tried to give him instructions and he started screaming at me. He should not work in a place that requires customer service.
