Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love chicken ?? and this is some good chicken may not be a happy meal but it'll definitely make a kid happy lol?

I was so disappointed in this Popeyes. It is a brand new location and the food is just subpar. I came in on a Monday early evening and the work area looked like the employees had a food fight----fries, chicken pieces and other food and napkins were thrown all over. It took close to 30 min to get a 12 piece chicken wing order from the drive thru window. Was told to pull over and eventually I decided to go in to see what the hold up. Fries were cold mushy and soggy----unedible. Chicken.wings were the smallest I ever seen, lukewarm, dry, and hard-----unedible as well. I will be stopping by tomorrow to get a refund.

We have tried this location a few times and every time they take over 10 minutes just to place your order in the drive thru and then when you get up to the window they never have anything ready and want to you to park and wait for a least another 10+ minutes. Not going to bother going back to try again.

Very disappointed that they put only one drum in my 8 piece family meal and 2 breast. 5 wings. Really.

But they didn’t have 4 dollars change for a cash payment. As someone who doesn’t like using my credit cards unnecessarily, the fact they couldn’t make 4 dollars change or any change as it turned out showed me a huge management problem that would most certainly be the issue with my order. Last time I stop by this location.

Order got canceled, no refund. Had to reenter the drive through twice, no receipt. And had to wait an additional 10 minutes for food. Terrible service

Buyer beware. They don't give you a receipt with your purchases unless you specifically ask for it. So when you're overcharged, double charged, or got the wrong order you have no proof of what you should have been charged or what you should have received. They do this intentionally they are ripping people off. I am reporting it to their corporate office.

My fries were barely warm. The bun they used for my chicken sandwich was either old or was sitting out because it was not soft. It was a little dry.

So, I finally got the courage to order these flavor wings from Popeyes. I ordered the lemon pepper, and let me tell you. The worst wings I've ever tasted in my entire life. They were drenched in this oil looking sauce that was so sweet to me, I'm so not a sweet tooth person, so it was the nastiest taste ever. Tasted NOTHING like lemon pepper!!!! It was trash. They should definitely remove these from their menu. Mind you, I'm a huge Popeyes fan, BUT with these wings, they definitely get a 0 total failure!!!!! Disgusting!!!

I came here to get fries, a drink and a biscuit dessert. They took 15mins and they weren't even busy. I ended up getting stale old fries that were just tossed in a bag without box or anything. I got no sauces. The drink was good and the biscuit dessert was decent. I don't really recommend this place.

Drive - thru service - good, friendly, professional - make sure the client has everything including the sauces that were requested before handing off the order.
Food - tasted really good. We had the chicken sandwich- classic and spicy - impressed!
The strawberry biscuit is not good at all.
They seemed to had run out of Coke Zero and cheesecake cup -
Not sure about the food presentation - everything was put into bags including the Cajun fries. Thought they went into a different kind of container. The fries were tasty but not crispy they were soggy.
Overall, food was good and we were pleased
