This was my first time ever eating here, the food was amazing. Service was amazing as well I think the cashier name was Shawna she gave me a quick rundown on the menu and helped me decide on what to get. I ordered the shrimp basket and sweet potato fries and a side of collard greens and banana pudding. Omg the greens was so bomb and my friend got the whiting fish sandwich. The fish was so so so good I kept tryna eat his food. I will definitely return back.

I believe her name was Shawna . She helped me decide what I wanted and the sweet tea she made was awesome. Next the food was great as well. I got the whiting fish sandwich and it was so much I had leftovers. Taste was 10/10 . Overall visit for me 10/10 will definitely return

My food consistently cold or undercooked, things have been different since getting new management I would ask to have it remade fresh and I would see the manager act rude towards not just me but staff as well. I will happily never return

In town for work and saw this place on google. Decided to go check it out, and was a 10 outa 10. If you are looking for a fantastic fish samich, this, is, the, place.. Excellent quality fish and sides. Sweet tea is spectacular as well. Customer service was top notch too.

Yesterday was my husband and I first time going to the Skrimp Shack. The food was amazing. We had the catfish and shrimp, fish tacos, fried okra, sweet potatoes fries, and regular fries. It was all cooked well and had a great taste. We definitely will be back. The hush puppies were really good as well. You all have a faithful customer from now on.

Unresponsive to complaint.Delivery order to my hotel was sent swiftly. However the $7 soup of the $40 order was taken from refrigerator, not heated and sent to me COLD. I did not want a refund. All I wanted was a replacement soup that was heated. Restaurant did not respond to voice message or email. Uber eats did nothing but apologize. Disappointed with this particular restaurant's service. Never had a problem with other Skrimp Shacks. If there is a corporate office, that is my next step.

You bet!!! ?????#HadHaddockSamwich ?Fries or hush puppies are your best bet as the side dishes, based on me/my wife’s past dalliances at another Skrimp location. Drinks pretty simple — some fountain offerings, and iced tea (sweetened or unsweetened). Tables are clean as are the restrooms. (Big issue for The Contessa!) ❤️Right now for less than a tenner, choose from a good freshly made fish sandwiches with one side and a refillable drink. Can’t beat that with a burger or sub sandwich! ?…and do tip these nice restaurant workers well, please! ? That extra buck & loose change will make little difference in your day, but will indeed bless them highly. {Yup… It’s a long haul slinging hash and pleasing old peeps like me!} ✌️???

Went there for dinner and felt like I was robbed paid $54 for two fish and shrimp dinners and got 4 very little pieces of fishAnd shrimp, not worth the money at all.

Been going here for a while and loved the mahi mahi sandwich which they no longer serve. Got the rockfish one a couple days ago and I wasn't digging it. Too fishy for my taste. I asked for the flounder and they said they didn't have it so I ended up with the rockfish. I always go for the more expensive as I feel it's better quality fish. I could be wrong but the Mahi mahi had me convinced of this. After this recent experience I don't know that I want to spend over $20 on a sandwich by the time you get cheese, lettuce and tomatoes added, to not like it. I will think twice before I return. Hopefully they bring the mahi mahi back! The napkins and soda areas could present better and cleaner.
