This morning, I stopped by Starbucks to grab breakfast before a medical appointment. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory. The staff member seemed overwhelmed and displayed a poor attitude. After placing my order for egg white bites and coffee, I noticed there was no fork included. When I asked for one, the employee reluctantly tossed it to me with a disdainful look. Upon returning to my car and inspecting my food, I discovered that the egg white bites were burnt. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially since I've never encountered such issues at other Starbucks locations.

Went to meet a friend inside this Starbucks for the first time last night Feb 2. The place was dirty, tacky decorations collecting dust, the atmosphere was dark and staff was smug when I asked for cream and sugar when finding none on the counter. The drive through always is busy so I thought going in to meet a friend might be relaxing. No. Dirty, dusty and dark. The worst Starbucks I have ever encountered.

I don’t understand there was one person ahead of me it took forever to do one order I still could not do my order and walk out
FIRST - I normally get a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks and enjoy every min of the sensational taste. I went to get my first of the season from this location and Never Again customer service is something of the past and with the price it's not worth it. I received my coffee in the drive thru and was on my way to enjoy a bit of shopping the taste was so off didn't taste like any pumpkin spice coffee I ever received from Starbucks and a bit scorched miilk taste and for just over 6.00 for a grande I headed back to the drive thru. There was one car in line and no one behind me I told the window attendant my issue and he instead he countered with I need to make sure I stop at the menu/ordering speaker before I get to window next time. Not exactly what any customer wants to hear after they paid for something that is missing the spice of pumpkin spice and turning around a mile or two down the road just to get what they ordered to taste like it should. it shouldn't matter if I stop at the ordering screen I already ordered. I decided the argument wasn't worth it. It's clear the customer service is a no there I will go to Cuppi instead. I just can't spend my money where I'm not valued nope nope. OAN- The replacement had the spice this time but still doesn't taste like it normally does. A round of training for everyone wouldn't hurt.

This location is always out of ingredients. Only had decaf coffee... half the time they run out of hot cups and can't do hot drinks. Go across the street to the standalone building for a better product.

Had a latte from this location and it was made just right. I like that they usually keep more items in stock longer than the other locations in the area. I usually grab my items earlier in the day though before they might run out.

The Greatest Customer Service today ?????????for the staff today. I'm not a Starbucks person but their Matcha Frappuccino is delicious this is my 2nd one I have to be careful I can have one every day Yummy?

This was my best starbucks experience in 8 or so years. Jessie was so kind and thoughtful when mixing and serving my drink, and she even pronounced my name right (very rare for this to happen.) She also didn’t judge me for only getting a water for my kid, instead of pressuring me into getting some sort of chocolate milk or Kid’s drink. Frankly, he doesn’t need all of that sugar. All this to say, Go here today, order the caramel ribbon crunch. You WON’T regret it ?.

We come to this Starbucks multiple times a week. The staff is always kind, cheerful, and always gets our order correct.One barista actually recommended how to make a drink better. Her suggestion was amazing. The store is always much quicker to get our order than other Starbucks in the area too.
