This was a FANTASTIC experience. Haven't been to a Subway in years. Came in because I got coupons in the mail. The two ladies that work there were wonderful, so sweet, and we're patient with me while ordering. It was also so clean in there, literally spotless. These women deserve raises 💕

I was here yesterday, very frustrated as I placed my order online, when I arrived in the store neither of the 2 employees acknowledged me for over 15 minutes while my order was sitting behind them completed.... then I later realized my sandwich was incorrectly made and missing ingredients I paid extra for... I wasnt going to be back in the area for several hours so I attempted to call the store multiple times with no answer trying to have the issue resolved. Again this morning I attempted to call with no answer as well. Just poor customer service and very disappointed

They picked the wrong one today to ignore at the counter. The restaurant was basically empty and only a small family was getting there subs. Seemed like there was only one person working as the beeping noises kept going off for an online order. Then about 5 mins later of still being ignored just so I can pick up my order (I work next door) someone comes from the back to stop the beeping noises just to STILL ignore me. At this point I have been looking at my order on the counter for 10 mins now. Which gave me so choice but to speak up about their customer service. I could’ve been in and out within 1 min or less. Instead I was left with two clearly incompetent employees that made me wait 10 mins for a 6 inch sub I already placed a order for

i visit this location on 8/11/24 i was travling with my kids & its lunch time we decid to buy subway we go inside this location getelman work some 1 in restroom my kids want to use rest room i request man to give code to open rest room but man says its for only employee only after 1minuts 1 gentle man walk with kids he ask code to open rest room . even he dont get anything from subway. we give business but he refuse to us . i think man waork from there he chose dicision by RACE????

I’m at a loss for words with this location and its employees. I went in with a group of 4 others on Sunday and we all politely waited in line until it was our turn. The woman, I don’t know her name, was very rude and had a disgusting attitude towards us. The first person who ordered asked for mozzarella cheese she put cheddar cheese in his sandwich. When It was my turn, I nicely asked if she could change her gloves because I don’t eat pork and she was touching everything with the same gloves. She stopped and stared at me and said 
ok what do you want. I ignored the attitude and asked for what I wanted and moved on in line. The next two people asked for veggie patty and she said she didn’t have any so they had to leave to find food somewhere else. Once they left she told the 4th person oh I do have veggie patty do you want it
 while this was going on I asked the second person to change his gloves as well. He was touching sandwiches that had ham and bacon too. He was also checking people out, using the register, etc with the same gloves on too. She stopped what she was doing from her station and mumbled something then out loud she said “it’s just veggies why does it matter” I think that’s disgusting if you’re working in the food industry you need to use clean gloves for each customer. Especially if people have dietary restrictions or allergies. I get it you don’t want to do it every customer but you shouldn’t be rude and disrespectful when a customer asks. She continued giving me dirty looks and mumbling under her breath with a store full of customers. All 5 of us were very unhappy with our service at this restaurant. Very unsanitary, rude, and disrespectful!

Every time I come to this location in particular, I always buy extra everything and they never give me extra of anything when I order. It’s always the regular amount of servings. There’s one girl who works there who when I say if I could have extra chicken, she will give me the right amount, but anytime anybody else is there if I ask for extra spinach Or vegetables I never get it When I pay for it, I’m always disappointed because I feel like my money is being robbed at this location. The other day I went in just to order one cookie and they had me waiting for like 15 minutes just for a cookie so I walked right out because there was no point in waiting over 15 minutes just so I could get a cookie that was already made, and all I had to do was pay and go. I love Subway. I love how the food taste. I love that it’s mostly healthy and they’re cookies taste amazing. They’re the best but this location is not it. Please go to a different one.

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Subway location today, particularly due to the behavior of one of your employees, Iqra.Upon entering the store, Iqra displayed blatant disrespect towards myself and other customers. Despite being in line before others, she overlooked us and continued to exhibit rude behavior throughout our interaction. When we brought this to her attention, she responded dismissively and even rolled her eyes.Furthermore, when I informed her that the foot long cookie I ordered was frozen and improperly prepared, her response was unhelpful and lacked accountability. She refused to acknowledge the mistake and instead brushed off our concerns with insensitive remarks, such as, "What do you want me to do about it? I'm not the manager."I am deeply disappointed by Iqra's lack of professionalism and customer service skills. It is unacceptable for an employee to treat customers with such disrespect for no reason. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide Iqra with the necessary training to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.Despite this negative experience, I would like to acknowledge another employee, who was wearing a Subway hat for being helpful and re did the order promptly and restored some of my faith in your establishment. That employee was the sweetest person ever and she was the only one wearing a uniform. She was very professional about the whole situation!!!Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take appropriate action to uphold the standards of your establishment and provide a more positive experience for your customers. Please teach her some professionalism because clearly, she has no clue.I'm telling you I never met a nasty disrespect person for no reason in my life and like who does she think she is like is this her family business or her husband’s store so she can do whatever she ways!!! but clearly lacking in training and how to be professional in a work setting! Online order, 2 cheese pizzas, 2 subs, one 3 pack of chocolate chip cookies. Should be pretty easy.Cheese pizzas were inedible. While we ordered online, and immediately went to get the order, by the time we arrived they were already cold. Bottom of the pizza was literally white (didn’t look cooked), and cheese was melted. I don’t hold Subway to a high standard for pizza- it’s a sub place. My 20 year old son had no issues, but when I tried mine (which was supposed to be tomorrow’s lunch) I couldn’t stomach it. I threw it out.My club sub (ham, turkey and bacon) was missing bacon. Also had a total of 7 slivers of lettuce. No effort was made by the staff to reach out and let us know if they were out of prep to give us options. Bread was also very hard (seemed stale). Other sub (hub’s) must have been passable- at least no complaints.Cookies - one was half raw, the other 2 were dry and seemed to have been there a while.Tried to call the store for resolution. When the lady who answered realized I had a complaint, she said there was no one available to help and immediately hung up. Hubby called 15 min later- phones were sent to voicemail. I tried a few minutes later- still voicemail. May go to another subway, but done with this one.
