Subway (Located: Valero Gas Station) 🥪

So I ordered subway online from this location today. My sub wasn’t toasted and my churro was over cooked. I called and explained the situation. A woman got very combative and basically ignored what I was saying. Insisting that she was correct and I was wrong about what I expected the end result and quality of my food should be. There is no professionalism here and definitely no customer service. I learned that this subway isn’t equipped with the staff to order ahead, and don’t possess the customer service skill to correct there problems or even responsibly process and solve customer complaints. Now let’s be clear and fair my only complaints are the ones above. I’ve been to this location it is very clean, and things are totally different in-person. So I would suggest in-person orders only for anyone utilizing this location .

I think it is amazing that the response was so fast. But not in a professional manner at all. The first thing is please don’t slander my name. I never entered your store at all, doing any of the things that you have stated occurred. You fabricated a story to make yourself look better , most likely due to the accuracy of my review of your business. Which confirms the unprofessional behavior, and lack of customer service. I challenge you to upload the video of my behavior. I also suggest that you apologize for slander of my name immediately. You would rather lie about $2.00, provide inaccurate response, then fix the problem. You’ve confirmed a need for customer service training. I believe you verified my whole review.

Very friendly environment.

The cleanest subway I have ever been to hands down!! All of the ingredients looked much fresher than other subways! This one is 3 min away from the one inside of Dumfries Walmart and totally worth the visit if you want good service and food made with fresh products. I really enjoyed talking to the manager here. I called in before I went and he had a nice personality and once I went in it was the same. Super great management, store is super clean, products stocked and fresh, and just a great experience compared to other subways in the area. I definitely recommend everyone visit this subway. I got a sub for my dad and even he said it’s much better than usual and I guarantee it’s because this location is superior!

The employees were so nice and welcoming. They neatly made my sandwich, the veggies were fresh and the bread was soft! 10/10

This was a super clean subway location which made the atmosphere very inviting the lady who made my subway sandwich was very pleasant
