I strongly recommend taking the extra time to visit a different Taco Bell location. This one consistently gets orders wrong, and when you politely bring it to their attention, you’re met with confusion and resistance rather than helpfulness. The staff often insists the order was made correctly, even when it’s clearly not.
Customer service is lacking, if you’re waiting at the counter, be prepared to speak up just to be acknowledged. It’s not uncommon to be ignored unless you raise your voice.
Unfortunately, asking for a manager doesn’t help either. The staff appears to be closely related, and concerns are rarely, if ever, addressed seriously. Save yourself the frustration and visit another location.

Service is bad. Employees ignore you as a customer and they don't fill orders correctly always disappointed with this location. Also if you dare complain about anything to the manager they'll just ban you. Good news is the managers have the memory of a stoner and they won't remember you tomorrow. I'd eat here more often if every experience I've had here wasn't god awful because I do like taco bell but this location is horrible.
Just thought I'd mention my cinnamon twists were closer to cinnamon crumbs. And my food wasn't warm at all

Be sure to check your food before leaving the drive thru. I ordered a chicken quesadilla & when I got home (I live 5 minutes away) it was COLD. Not lukewarm, cold. Cheese was not melted or anything. I swing back through & the lady in the window tells me that their steamer wasn’t working & they didn’t know. 🙄 So everyone who ordered behind me possibly received cold food as well.
I’m also a Dasher in the area & get orders from here a lot. Multiple times I have come inside to pick up an order & staff has ignored me for 10 minutes! I used to work fast food on & off for 5 years, at least acknowledge that the customer is there.

Locked bathrooms, there are four kiosks inside and the staff will actively ignore you. They focus on the delivery orders inside instead. I normally stop in on my commute home since it's in a great location but every time I step inside I'm staring at 6-8 people and no one speaks to you unless it's to hand you your food. I tried to ask for the bathroom code after I ordered and they put up one finger and walked away.
You can go there and enjoy your food but don't work there. PLEASSSSEEEE!!! They will drain your mind with bad behaviour and negative attitude for no reason. They think they're very smart. Nepotism is very common in there, therefore you won't be rewarded anything for your hard work and determination.

The lady had such an attitude over remaking my drink because she gave me the wrong one. Gave me a half ass version of the one i wanted. If you hate your job then quit. Worst customer service ever. Also, slathering extra cheese over old dry potatoes doesnt make them good.
