Bravo! I took my daughter and mother to your Irish feast last night. Everything was incredible from the tartar sauce (no joke), to the seafood pie, corned beef dish, parsnips, Baileys Cream bread pudding, salmon, soda bread, leek soup. It's been on my to do list all year. Finally made it, after trying one of the holiday family feasts to go for the Christmas season. Great job. Pat yourselves on the back. Only thing I would change is mandatory tipping. I'm a great tipper having waitressed in HS and college, but when you have to wait and wait for things and it's a self serve buffet, mandatory tips are disappointing. No motivation to do well. My 75 yo mother said to add, "Nothing was mediocre, which is rare for a buffet. It's as if each dish made just for 'you.' Every dish was the star of the show."
It's hard to enjoy your meal in a freezing cold restaurant. My friends and I kept our coats on the entire time. The manager brought a space heater to our table but it wasn't enough to keep the place warm. It would have been nice to know what to expect prior to our dinner.
The day I went it was very cold outside and the place had absolutely no working heat at all. Never dined in a place and felt literally like I was eating outside in the cold. In addition to %90 of customers and the staff working had on coats. The manager and workers never mentioned anything to us about the restaurant not having any heat or offered any type of apology or discount for the inconvenience.
Great atmosphere, food was okay

We got the December promotion for a brunch buffet for 25$ a person. On the flyer they advertised Mac n cheese, smoked turkey collards, dirty rice and beans, home fries and blintz. These items were not in the buffet as advertised. We arrived at 0115 pm, a lot of the food that was there was near empty and some like the eggs were never refilled by the time we left at 2:35. The food we did eat was overly salty like the chicken and biscuits and gravy. The rest of the food was nothing special. Then came the check and I see they automatically apply a 20% tip even though there was no mention in the flyer and we were a party of 3

This is my first time stopping here as many times as we've driven by because we live in the neighborhood. I didn't imagine that there was a bar here, or i want paying attention to that part. The drinks were good, cool spot.

Cat the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional to a group of customers tonight. Truly unbelievable to see such negligence.

Ordered carry out so I can't really speak on the service but the grill looks nice inside. The patio is really nice with a good view of the course. But the real winner here was the fish and chips. Tbh, I wasn't expecting much initially as I was just getting something quick to eat since I live nearby but it far exceeded my expectations. The fish was well prepared, batter was good which made the fish very nice and crispy outside but moist and flaky inside. Thick piece of haddock which was excellent. Very well prepared fish ?

Our first time here. We sat outside for the nice views. Beware when it gets dark, there is not a lot of light if you get one of the tables near the perimeter.
The food was pretty good. The chefs were thoughtful especially since we took a pizza to go; he came out to ask us about how we wanted our shrimp on it (whole or chopped).
We had a great experience. Our server was also honest and a joy to know.
We are sad that they ran out of the strawberry shortcake ?
We will come again.

It's a nice environment and higher priced buffett so I was really surprised by the run down and dirty women's restroom as well as the plastic plates and forks. The food was about the same quality as Golden Corral but not as hot or as much of a variety. I reached for an empty glass multiple times and when refills were finally offered they took about 10mins and only one made it to the table. I had to get up and have the other refilled by the bartender. We were also charged an 18% gratuity for two adults and a 7yo. We won't be back.

I t was not a pleasant experience at all. Very disappointing. Host seemed to be confused. The waitress was pleasant but immediately made mention of the tip. The food was very dry and salty. Unappealing. It was obvious that most of the food items were premade/frozen and place in the chafing dish. Not food you would expect on a buffet especially at this location. This is what’s expected and Burger King or McDonalds. Sad to say but the quality would have been better at Burger King or McDonald’s. At a last ditch effort to get something edible I went for a slice of cake that seemed just as disappointing as the food. The pricing is fair but the quality of food is unacceptable. Not a good representation of Potomac Shores
