Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered in store, and when my smoothie was finished it was named and brought to me. However, I ordered a wrap as well which was brought and placed on the order ahead pick up shelf. I sat there for 30mins patiently waiting for my wrap which was ON THE SHELF. After waiting patiently from ordering in store one of the workers comes up and says are you waiting for something? I told her my wrap and she went to the order ahead pick up shelf and gave it to me. Honestly, not sure if I will be returning back. Please make sure to check order ahead shelf even if you order IN STORE at the register…………..

This location can get slammed with business. It’s clearly a popular spot and doesn’t seem to have been open long. Service would improve if mobile pickup process was better.

I am a frequent customer ordered a door dash delivery with a flatbread and smoothie i never received the smoothie I called this location over 20 times nobody ever answered to resolve the issue very unsatisfied to the point I will never order from this location again

Madelenne took care of us today and did a great job. She was pleasant and prompt. Everyone else seemed really nice as well. The establishment is clean and the food is soo fresh! My favorite is the Turkey, Bacon Ranch sandwich - it is divine!
The smoothies that I’ve tried have all been delicious, too.

The people were super nice and the sandwich was great. But all the tables had nastiness on them and I was there early.

Kids at McDonalds work better than the ones they have working there. No customer service!!! They messed up my smoothie, tasted just like nothing and it always happens when those kids are working.
NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

The credit card machine asks for a tip(why would you?..,it's not a waiter situation, it's like Mcds). When you select no tip, it says BAD TIP on the screen. Lol. Lame

This location is not well run They screwed up my order , giving me a wrap instead of a salad. Then the wrap was stuck to the paper and ripped open when i peeled it off like it was stale. The sauce they ysed was dripping out all over. They were out of the dipping sauce for my kids order and didn't inform me until it was too late. Food was inedible 45 dollars later

Great place for a quick bite. Good food.. I had the Ceasars wrap. I love the acai bowls also... Yum!
