Stopped by after driving back home from Richmond. Hadnt been to a waffle house in years so stopped with my family. The staff was veey welcoming, food was great, ajd excellent service!

I came to the waffle house to order to go order . Ok august 23 ay 11:15am I was refused service because I was paying cash . I was told I couldn't pay cash , and that on sat and Sunday you cannot eat there or buy anything only if you have credit cars or debit cards. Since when did a business no accept cash ? And I was denied service to eat for me and my family had to go somewhere else to get food. I am so frustrated and someone has to make this right

Ms.Jackie is the best supervisor there she was cracking jokes making sure our drinks stayed full and Mr.Dawayne can make the best eggs so if you want sum ask for Mr.Dawayne and Ms.Kiy and Mr. Xavier is soo funny and sweet and i didnt cath the other guys name but he made my waffle sooo good ya dont even understand

Being going to this Waffle house for years and the best employees either being fired or quit , my orders have been screwed up 4 times in a row their manager don't resolve anything she needs to be fired because they are not organized at the Dumfries location I'm done at this store

Very poor service. Tables were dirty with leftover food and dishes, no greeting or acknowledgment from staff despite several employees present. We waited with no attention and left. Went to another Waffle House nearby and had a great experience there.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Waffle House. When we arrived, all the available tables were very dirty — with leftover food, dirty dishes, and cups still on them. We sat down anyway, expecting someone to greet us or at least acknowledge us, as is common at other Waffle House locations.
There were at least five staff members visible in the kitchen, walking by multiple times, but no one greeted us, cleaned the table, or told us they would be with us soon. We sat there for quite a while and received no attention at all. It felt like they simply had no interest in serving us.
It was disappointing and frustrating, so we decided to leave and went to another Waffle House nearby, where we were warmly greeted, seated at a clean table, and served without any issues. This location could definitely improve its customer service and cleanliness.
