Locked the door said they were to-go only which is fine but it was not mentioned anywhere they were to-go only. There were customers actively inside dining in. To add insult, they proceeded to let two parties inside for dine-in right in front of my eyes. Horrible!
Update: They just another let customer inside who arrived quite a bit later than I did. Completely ridiculous! Thanks for ruining my Thanksgiving and now Waffle House has lost themselves a customer.

The service is somewhat terrible, they served us 15 minutes after arriving. They didn't have clean tables and they gave us a burnt waffle. I ordered waffle with walnut and they gave me waffle with bacon

I really dislike the order from the window thing WH is doing, especially with the added 10% to go fee that you have no choice in since you can’t dine in anyway. Other than that, the food is always what’s expected - quick, hearty, hot WH meal
