Came here around midnight and they said takeout only? I never heard of this so I called corporate the next day and they said they were not aware and will take care of it but no change. I’m going to call back. Keep calling/emailing corporate if you’re a local.

This waffle house is the first place I hit on my way down to jacksonville florida.Because I know waffle house has grits. It's very difficult to find grits up here in boston. The staff was very nice and let me charge my phone while I was there

We went today and the parking lot was full, so we knew there would be a wait. When we walked in, we were told by the hostess that there were two parties ahead of us. No big deal—we knew there would be a wait. About 20 minutes later a group of seven were seated at the newly open table that came in quite awhile after us. Understandable—there was only one table large enough for a large group. Then a table came open for the three of us, and we were told that a different party of three that came in quite awhile after us was going to be seated at that table. We left after about 30 minutes. Totally understand they were busy, but it was incredibly unfriendly and a highly negative experience overall. I gave it 2 stars since I can’t actually say how the food was.

I love coming here, but the girl working seating people today is the worse! She sat 20 people ahead of just me today! Several other people behind me complained as well, she has no clue as to take a list or remember who is next in line! I let her know ,and had to leave mad, I dont think I'll be coming back here again

Bar none the worst Waffle House I have been to, and I like Waffle House. I have been to them all over the country. Despite seeming to have more staff than usual for a WH, this is the slowest one I have seen for both getting seated and serving food. I waited 20 minutes for my food. Based on the temperature it arrived at, it had been sitting on the counter for five minutes before being brought to me. I got 90% of a waffle, like they didn’t put enough batter in the machine.
