Stopped here on a whim and loved the brisket, pull apart tender with excellent slaw on the side. Plus, fair prices for the amount of food. Recommend stopping here if you are driving by.

I highly recommend the Wallace Barbeque Company. I noticed the food truck which was located in a local parking lot today and decided to stop by to see what offerings they provided on their menu.
